Our system was not working properly and I called our installers, Veteran's AC, and Judy responded immediately, and sent Nathan to check on it. He found the problem and reinforcements arrived on Monday morning to get us squared away. Thank you all for the great service!!!

Honest and quick service. Nathan was great!

Very kind and helpful staff. Called to schedule a maintenance appointment (to learn where my furnace filters are and how to change them). The receptionist was able to confirm they could work on my two systems and Jesus was quick and answered my questions on site. (He also wore boot covers inside the house, which was a nice extra touch.)

Kelly, Steven and the entire team were very professional. They are honest and I'll never use any company except Veterans.

On-time, courteous tech. Provided a cost and time estimate on the spot. A/C is not cheap to repair, but the cost estimate was fair and No “sales guy” required. Highly recommended.

Great Experience. Smaller, Colleyville-based company. I got lucky. The owner was the on-call tech on Saturday. They came out quickly for my non-cooling AC in July. Transparent in the diagnosis and repairs. Fairly priced. Highly recommended.

Had a problem with the A/C unit and called this morning - was able to get a technician out before noon same day, who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I've found their prices are much more reasonable than other local HVAC companies, and their service is at the same level or better.

Veterans techs have always been friendly, professional and helpful with questions. Our tech worked in the heat for almost 2 hrs and then answered all my questions after the repair.

We have been using Veterans AC since we moved to Texas in 2020. They have always been good to us, and when we have a problem, they get out to us quickly. Veterans AC has great rates, and they only recommend what you need, not the upsell.
Their service contract is definitely worth it too.

All of the techs are great, friendly, and knowledgeable. That said, Matt is our absolute favorite.

Kelly, the lead tech at Veterans is knowledgeable, fair, honest in his dealings. Likely, by far the most honest AC company in the metro. This crew is like a breath of fresh air.
