Have had many roofs repaired while living in hail prone Texas which means I have had the “pleasure” of dealing with several Roofers in the past, some good and others not so. Roger and his team were the best crew that I have worked with by far! The quality of the work was great. Excellent cleanup. Arrived when expected. Completed per the schedule. Addressed all my concerns in an extremely courteous manner. Being a Project manager myself I could see that Roger has mastered this role. His company slogan is accurately worded – “Prepare to be Amazed!”

I reached out to Roger for assistance with the ventilation issues we were facing in our new home, and I couldn't be more grateful for his help! He truly went above and beyond to explain everything in a way that made the problem clear. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable in his field, but his genuinely kind nature shines through in every interaction. If you're looking for someone who is both expert and approachable, I can't recommend him highly enough!

After this last high winds storm I lost a lot of shingles from my roof. Merlin was at my house immediately after I called him. He had the roof shingles replaced within 2 days. My roof was fixed before the rain hit the next day. I already had my roof fixed while most of my neighbors still had tarps on their roofs. Their roofing companies didn’t repair their roofs for about 2 weeks. Roger the Roofer is definitely a company I would use again.

Very happy with our experience working with Roger the Roofer. Especially Merlin and his crew. We had a terrible experience with a previous roofing company so we had to scramble to find a new roofer. Merlin was able to come out, assess the damage and fix everything within the week. This company is very honest and reliable and they won’t try to upsell you. Highly recommend

Roger and his team did a great job repairing my roof and the squirrel damage on two chimneys. After the work was done, they told us they did s roof "tune-up" free of charge which included painting the roof stacks and adding silicone caulk as needed. Roger is an honest guy and dones great work. Highly recommend!!

I asked Roger the roofer to come look at a some storm damage to my roof in which about 4 shingles were torn off the south side of my roof. I actually got Roger (pictured by the truck) and he came by to give me a quote of $250 bucks to patch it up. The two man crew patched the shingles in about an hour and my house is buttoned up for the next storm. Recommended, but a little pricey, but I guess everything is now.

We highly recommend this family-owned company, Roger The Roofer. We got hail damage last year and they replaced our roof. Our contact point was Blair, project manager. She was so helpful in working with us on any questions we had along with helping us out on filing a claim with our insurance company. The quality of work and attention to detail is unmatched. Blair and her team were incredibly professional, they were on time, did everything they said and more.

I had to replace my home’s roof a few months back. I contacted several roofing companies and opted for securing the services of Roger the Roofer. The company was highly recommended by people I trusted and had excellent customer reviews. A factor also influencing my decision was the professionalism and demeanor of the company’s representative, Mr. Brian Crowson. When we first met, his focus was hardly on making the sale, but on listening and understanding thoroughly my situation before even climbing onto the roof. After completing his assessment, he gave me options, including the possibility of filing an insurance claim as there was some hail damage. Albeit there was only an outside chance because of the roof’s age (23 years), he patiently ushered me through the entire insurance claims process, always with my best interests in mind. I had to fund the project in the end, but he gave me the best price among the companies I considered, and even included a roof tile upgrade that lowered my insurance payment significantly. Moreover, he had a very good company install new gutters, also at a very reasonable price. As a bonus, he had my driveway power washed and every window on the outside of my house cleaned professionally. Of course, it is understood that the good deals and “extras” are made possible by his employer, Roger the Roofer. I highly recommend the company and Brian.

Roger was responsive, prompt, and honest. He and his crew completed my repairs quickly and for a very fair price.

Absolutely great experience with Merlin and the crew! No price gouging, no pushy sales wanting to add more work, just sheer professionalism!!! They did a great job patching up our roof and thoroughly cleaned up everything when they were done. Highly recommended!!

Update: I continue to be blown away by Merlin and His desire to take care of people. Not only has he been working with us on an issue from the original installers of our roof, but he has offered great referrals for other projects we have needed done.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about this company! We had another roofer replace our roof many years ago. It’s a quality roof, but due to severe high winds this year, several shingles blew off. I called and got no response from the other roofing company. Merlin, Roger the Roofer’s Project Manager, spotted the shingles missing while driving through our neighborhood. He knocked on our door and offered to replace them at no cost to us. He never once tried to sell us on replacing our roof and even nailed/secured other shingles that were loose. He offered to help any time we needed. I will absolutely use Roger the Roofer when it’s time to replace our roof. Thanks again to you all!

P.S. Our neighbors replaced their roof with Roger recently and it looks awesome. They also complimented Merlin & the entire Roger rhe Roofer team when I asked if they were happy.

Roger replaced the roof and gutters at my rent house in South Arlington (I live in Colleyville). It was such an easy and effortless experience. He was there to meet with the insurance adjuster, fixed the immediate leak in the roof to stop further damage and worked with our schedule with getting new renters in the house. Roger alway responded immediately to my questions- when I needed photos and information for the HOA- he sent it right over. The roof looks great- they cleaned up beautifully- even pressure washed when they were done. It is nice dealing with a smaller business that knows who you are rather than getting lost in a mega company! I would use Roger again!

My parents roof was recently damaged by a windstorm and we noticed a number of shingles were torn or damaged. My Dad called Roger The Roofer and Merlin House came out and worked with the adjuster to ensure that we got an estimate including damaged areas that needed repairs or attention.The roof replacement were personally supervised by Merlin, and his team members took care to cover and avoid harming the landscaping. All removed materials and debris were removed promptly and concrete surfaces were power washed as an added bonus. The new roof is impressive and improves the impact of the unique architecture of my parents home. It was reassuring to have someone as knowledgeable, competent, and understanding as Merlin to guide us through our roof replacement process. We are very happy with the new roof and highly recommend Roger The Roofer LLC when you need a roofer that you can trust.

I recently had Roger the Roofer replace the roof, paint, and install gutters on my house. I was very impressed with their customer service especially from their Project Manager, Tom. He provided A+ customer service and excellent communication from start to finish. He thoroughly explained all aspects of the job and went over each material used. This company always showed up on time and never left you hanging. The house looks great with the new roof, paint, and gutters and this company stands behind their products and craftsmanship. Another bonus is they cleaned the concrete in the front and back of the house and cleaned all of the outside windows. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations.
