The guys came out to unplug a pipe they were courteous and professional.They were willing to explain what was going to happen before and after the job.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable, from the people in the office who take your call, and handle scheduling at the beginning, through to completion of work by the plumbers. The repair required some excavation work to replace a pipe running from the house to the septic system. Columbus plumbing was very conscientious to pack the dirt back down until the area they dug in was nice and smooth (an effort a lot of companies would not have made - but one I greatly appreciated). Pricing is also very fair. I will absolutely use them again for any/all plumbing needs in the future.

I called these guys out to find the source of a sewer gas smell I the bathroom of my new cabin. They responded promptly, professionally and realized the plumbing vents had been installed incorrectly. Saved the day and fix them in an hour!

I called about a leak first thing in the morning and received same day service. They were in and out in a timely manner. I didn’t know you could switch out a toilet so fast 😅

I had a small leak on an outside pipe due to corrosion. I went saturday morning to their shop. Monday afternoon they were out there as promised. They were fast, efficient and pleasant. They explained the work and what rhey did different to improve upon it. Great service. Very reliable.
