I can’t say enough about Jo Anne and the quartzite countertop they installed on our island. It’s beautiful and definitely a centerpiece of our house. She was gracious enough to work within our budget and always felt she told it to me straight. Even when hiccup with the supplier arose, she always went to bat for us. Now we can’t wait to do more to our house. Thanks Jo Anne!

Just want to share my wonderful experience in working with Granite by Silva. I strongly recommend using them for your granite needs. They were so easy to work with and honest. I always recieved response within the hour and they actually took the time to explain everything to me. I learned so much through this experience. I shopped around for pricing and believe it or not, they had better pricing then granite shops on Harry Hines! If you want to see their high quality of work, we are actually listed this house for sale at 429 Shadowcrest Ln, Coppell, TX in 2 weeks. Our new countertops made our 300k house feel like a 400k house! Couldn’t be happier!

A successful project is one where the outcome is met and the whole experience is positive. I am glad to say we had both with this company. From the bid process, solution design ! to scheduling and delivery of the work, everything was outstanding. Even though ours was a relatively small project this time, i am only going to use this company for all my flooring and counter top type projects going forward. Thank you guys !!

We had an issue where our tile started buckling due to prior improper installation. We couldn’t match the tile so decided to do a decorative inset like a rug. They suggested slate to tie into the fireplace. It turned out great. They were quick and very responsive. They also changed out an old chandelier with new cam lights in our dining room.

I used jo Anne for my counter tops and back splash when I remodeled my kitchen and was very pleased with the quality of the work as well as the price. Since then, I helped two of my neighbors remodel their kitchens and and both went with her after getting other bids and seeing the finished product and are very pleased as well

We have had the most positive experience with Flooring and Granite By Silva over the past several years. Projects have included granite countertops and flooring in the kitchen and a major renovation of the master bathroom. Currently, porcelain tile flooring is being installed in three additional rooms. Quality craftsmanship and materials, reasonable pricing, reliability, and customer service definitely earns this company a 5- star rating!

JoAnne was very helpful in helping us select just the right tile for our kitchen floor. Salvador is truly a perfectionist and does an incredible, meticulous job. We are looking forward to them redoing our bathroom floor next month. I definitely recommend them.

We needed the hearth on our fireplace undercut so we could continue our DIY installation of laminate flooring. Jo Anne met with us in the morning and sent someone out the very same afternoon to cut the stone on the fireplace. He got it done quickly and it was a fair price for such a small job. Jo Anne was very responsive even though it was a small project.

JoAnne Silva just finished a full remodel on our 1953 home. She did an amazing job.

She rewired the whole house and back house. New plumbing, gutted and redid the kitchen and added a new full bathroom.

We live in Highland Park where the inspectors are strict. JoAnne not only passed every inspection she has a good working relationship with the town and works well within the guidelines and rules.

JoAnne Silva is professional, honest and very talented. She has completed two big jobs for us and I will only work with her in the future.

We used Flooring & Granite by Silvas to do our kitchen counters and fireplace hearth, and we could not be more pleased with the results! Jo Anne was extremely patient with us in helping us select a material, and in scheduling the templating and installation around our complicated renovation schedule. We will be using them again once we get to our bathrooms, and we would highly recommend them!

This is my second time using Flooring and Granite by Silva - the first being our master bath remodel. This time they helped completely transform our kitchen counters and backsplash. I was such a nervous wreck with the process and JoAnne came in and helped with every decision. We couldn't have done it without her! Can't wait to have them come back and re-do our final bathroom!

Jo Anne and crew were absolutely wonderful through the entire process of our bathroom remodel! I was in regular contact with Jo Anne who kept me posted and answered every question I had! This was my first remodel and they really made everything as stress free as possible with a wonderful final product! Already planning on doing our second bathroom with them! Cannot recommend enough!

This is the second time we have used Flooring and Granite by Silva! I seriously cannot thank them enough for the wonderful work they all put in! I love both my bathrooms, and both are AMAZING! The Masterbath, our most recent project, looks like a spa! They took an outdated and grubby bathroom and made it an absolute delight! Had a GREAT experience working with Jo Anne and her team! They installed quartz countertops with a 10” backsplash and windowsills. I was originally going to go with IKEA but then they completely screwed us over. Jo Anne quickly stepped in to save the day and worked with our budget to get us countertops within the week! Very quick, friendly and quality work. Will definitely recommend.

I contracted Jo Anne's company to upgrade the flooring of the entire house with high quality polished "marble-like" porcelain. The new floor looks amazing down to the details. Her team did a very professional job. Everyone that came to the house asks about the floor! They're probably the best in DFW for any kind of tile flooring. In addition, I had them remodeling the master bathroom, 2 guest bathrooms, and the half bath. Everything looks amazing. I also had them doing marble window sill and casing in all windows of the house, and it looks absolutely amazing! Working with Jo Anne was very pleasant, she was very responsive in spite of everyone’s busy schedule. All calls and messages were returned almost immediately. If you need quality work, I highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough positive things about this company and the people in it. First off Jo Anne the owner is just wonderful. She made sure that everything went smoothly from begin to end for the stack stone project in our living room. Her tile expert Salvador was not only fast, but the work he and his assist did turned out fantastic. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend them to my friends and relatives for all your granite counter top and tiling needs. Both my wife and I have been in and out of the granite and tile install, sales, and service industry for a combined 30 years. Trust me when I say you will be glad you chose them to do your next project.

I love my granite and especially love my backsplash. I had a look in mind and when Joanne showed me the tiles, the exact one I wanted,but could not find, was there.
I had a wonderful experience w/ the company. The work was excellent, everyone was professional and they do great work. There were a couple of snags ( to be expected w/ anyone) but they were dealt with and fixed immediately. I was always kept in the loop. In fact, Joanne began the installation a few days sooner to accommodate other workers. She even recommended people to put in my vent hood and I was happy w/ that company also. I would highly recommend this company to everyone who appreciates good work!!

Jo Anne has been a pleasure to work with. We have used them for 2 projects so far (bathroom countertops and a kitchen backsplash) and have 2 more projects in the planning stages. She has been a total professional throughout the process. Her installers are top notch and they do very nice quality work. She is very knowledgeable about all things related to home repairs and decorating. She has a very nice way of steering you in the right direction – for example, I thought I wanted carrara marble counter tops in our bathrooms and she explained to me how quartz would be the better choice in our case. That could have been a big waste of money if she wouldn’t have been there to help us. She has been very nice about answering all our questions too. I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend her to friends.

Joanne/Flooring and Granite By Silva is absolutely a professional company to work with.

My current contractor for remodeling was delaying the work and I had to take some work from them. I reached out to Joanne with a google search and left a VM. Joanne called me back and we agreed one Quartz counter and back splash installation in one call. It was Tuesday and she promised to finish the work by Saturday and they did. And I must say what a fabulous work her team did. I will post the picture when my house remodeling completes.

I was so impressed with her work that I gave her the contract to remodel by three bathrooms (bath tub to shower) and change all the vanities.

I will recommend Flooring and Granite By Silva any day to any one. They are not the cheapest but very reasonable and absolute professional work.
