Tim was AMAZING to work with. He was also quick and efficient! Will definitely be using him again! He got some OLD stains and smells out of my carpet and made it look brand new!!!! He even did our tile entry way and the grout looks AMAZING! I can’t say more great things about him!!!!! Give them a call and book a day for your carpet cleaning!

Tim was amazing! He was able to fit me in last minute between appointments he already had scheduled since he was already in the area. My dog was sick earlier in the week and there were some stains on my rugs and he was able to get them out. It is like the stains were never there. I'm very impressed with the quality of work and he is very professional. I highly recommend him.

Tim with Quality Care is a true professional who understands both quality and care! He was very responsive and the job he did, FAR exceeded my expectations. He did such an incredible job, I decided not to replace my carpet. So he saved me over $5,000. That is an incredible value! He is an owner/ operator and takes pride in his work and name. Tim arrived promptly and he did an amazing job on cleaning both the carpets and tile and grout. The floors looked brand new compared to what it was before. With two big dogs with white tile and grout, it is next to impossible to keep it immaculate. I was extremely pleased and shocked at how clean the kitchen floors looked. The carpets looked just as great as the kitchen floors. I would definitely call Tim again as he was really easy to work with and was very professional.

Responded to my initial inquiry and sent an estimate and date of service quickly. There was no upsell. In fact, once Tim arrived and had eyes on the job, he tried to lower the original estimate, but we went with the previous fair priced service. Tim was on time and worked quickly. I'm very pleased with the results.

I’ve used him many times. He is the owner, honest, does a great job and cares about your carpets rugs and very knowledgeable. His prices are competitive and fair. His work is quality. Also, I don’t write many reviews but this guy deserves one. Give him a shot.

Very quick and great service!! Very professional and communicative. They let us know they had a sooner opening and moved us up. We shared our concerns for one specific area of the carpet after dog-sitting and they spot treated the area. The entire carpet looks so clean and new and smells very fresh! Amazing service! They came highly recommended by a close friend who knew I needed my carpets cleaned. Service was excellent - was completely WOW’d by all the dog hair that was able to be extracted from deep inside my carpet that a vacuum simply can’t reach. Was also happy to see the additional services offered that make this company a one-stop trusted service for us go forward.

Tim has cleaned our rugs at least 3 times and always goes above and beyond. Somehow he takes a rug that is trashed and makes it like new again.
