On time service and quality work. Don’t try sell you on things you don’t need and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Ali and his team are the best! Service is great and price is always competitive.

Tech was willing to come on a holiday weekend and was prompt. He tested the system beyond the first or second quick fixes and found the root of the issue.

Love these guys! Very professional and knowledgeable about the systems they are selling and installing. I would highly recommend giving them a call and see for yourself!!!

They were professional and quite knowledgeable, answering my many questions and offering good suggestions. I feel confident in contracting them for installation services.

Ryan, Ali and team are all great with their services! They take great care of their clients and are reasonably priced! I am extremely happy with their services!

Ali and his crew are always great! My downstairs unit stopped working while we were sleeping. I messaged Ali at 6am and he had someone out at noon.

Quoted fair price (1 was 2x the price), Lennox 2 stage 5 ton and 3 ton.

Excellent service done right!

Thank you for no pressure sales tactics, no upselling and for keeping your overhead so I can experience lower price! ❤️❤️❤️

I am extremely pleased with Ali's Air Service (AAS) who did the replacement of both of my two 25 years old HVAC units. First, David came for an assessment of my physical location in the attic for the installation of the two furnaces and outside condensers. Ali spent over 90 minutes explaining to me the intricacies of the 2023 HVAC regulations and such. Example: single stage, two stages and variable speeds compressors. Ali was very good at explaining but never pushed for specific HVAC brand. Ali truly is sincere, honest person and never recommend any unnecessary upgrades based on my current home operations needs. On the other hand, Ali ensure my entire system is reliable and protected. Example: without asking, Ali included 2 surge protectors for each unit to protect all the system electronic components. The installation crew lead by Cesare did an exceptional job. They are a hardworking crew that I have noticed. Every AAS staff was very professional, courteous and hardworking.

I just could not have asked for a better HVAC service company before, during and after installation.

I strongly remember Ali’s Air Service (AAS) for any HVAC service.

I'm slow to leave reviews. However, in this case, i had to take a moment to say something. You will NOT find a more professional company in DFW. I grew up on your word is your Bond. This company hands down delivered. This is my second time using them. They are my Hvac company period moving forward. Professional service and they take the time to explain with details. I 100% recommend giving them a shot.

Came out quickly for an emergency. Technicians were very thorough. Price was reasonable, especially for an emergency. I will continue to use them moving forward. Must use, especially if you are in The Colony.

Since the first contact until today I have only great words for Ryan and all the crew who supports the company.

Even when I had an issue and a part had to be replaced (under warranty), everything went smoothly and pretty fast (even over the weekend).

Ali's Air is fabulous. Excellent people, excellent service, prompt, efficient, and fair. They won't sell you something you don't need and will take the time to explain everything you need to know to make educated decisions.
