Editing to post a year later and update. Emilio came out for our annual service maintenance agreement and checked the water softener, water filtration system, as well as did a water heater flush. Always a great experience with this company. Communication is easy and they are flexible in their scheduling.

Emilio and Juan did a nice job! Even notified us of a concerning roof leak when they were in the attic running the water line. We have only been in this house for a month. Could’ve been a bad thing had they not let us know.
We got a water softener and RO system installed and Emilio was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining how they work and answering all our questions.
Even from quoting process, Justin came out and was very thorough, and was very quick to get the quote back to us. Communication was excellent, too. Thanks again!

I've never needed a plumber to unclog a drain before but after a new home purchase we found ourselves in a HUGE need! Apparently, nothing short of a 10 ft plus clog in the kitchen sink drain! I've never washed grease down a drain before but I don't think the previous home owners new you shouldn't! I took a chance with Custom Filtration & Plumbing and they sent a guy out within an hour! Emilio was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and unclogged this drain in no time! And bonus! A drain clog warranty! He did such a great job that I don't think I'll need it but who knew it came with Warranty!? Awesome!! Thank you Emilio! Job well done!

Great Customer service, quick response and charged a very reasonable rate. Emilio was friendly, knowledgeable and worked promptly to fix two non working toilets plus a garbage disposal and bathroom sinks slow water streams! I just wished I hadn't procrastinated on calling Custom filtration sooner! Also informed about possibly installing a water softener system offered by their company. Really considering doing so to combat our terribly hard water destroying our home appliances. I highly recommend this company to everyone!!

I described what I was needing on my text and I had a conversation on Sunday with Emilio. We arranged an appointment for Tuesday morning. They there on time ready to complete the work. Had a water leak under the slab. Decided to reroute into the attic. Have to hand it to the crew at Custom Filtration. Came out and gave me an estimate and said he would have a crew here the following day. The crew was fantastic. They did the job and went above and beyond. They are a solid company!

They replaced a outdated 3 knob show system to a single knob. They had to go into the wall to achieve this but did a beautiful job replacing the pipes and their tile guy did a impressive job. The price was good and the work impeccable. I would recommend Custom Filtration.

Everything was great 👍. I will NEVER use wipes anymore. They stated since the joint fittings had some ruff edges that made - toilet paper, wipes and all the stuff coming through the pipe which should flow without any issues but it’s not because of the rough edges. So beware the pipes are smaller and rougher.

The technician was very knowledgeable and kept me abreast of everything that he was doing. I truly appreciated his quick service.

They arrived within the proper time frame, were knowledgeable & friendly. They found the problem, temporarily fixed it & made a list of things that needed to be done & said they would schedule the work ASAP.
