I needed a Kohler quick release toilet seat. Dealing with Moore was easy and I accomplished in minutes what I had been trying to do for 3 days at other stores. I had an easy and enjoyable experience.

I could NOT have asked for a better person to answer the phone. Shawn Karaca was helpful, fast, polite, effective and found exactly what I needed right away. I was not satisfied the way Bryan treated me I needed help with a product that was bought there the manufacture product had 10 year warranty… Be careful he did not help , he gave me the run around .
