We had a great experience from start to finish. They made the process very easy and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! They are still helping me with chemicals and questions I have since they finished.. The staff is great!!

I reached out to Blue Haven Pools & Spa for a complete pool build. Mr Wayne Brock Jr. was highly professional and by far the most responsive of the several vendors that I was working with. He took the time to meet me at the site, and had a design and quote prepared within days. He then met with me several times there after to fine tune the final design. I visited several pools built by them and can attest to their high quality.

We bought our spa/hot tub from Blue Haven almost 2 years ago. We had problems with it but the staff there met EVERY CHALLENGE with a fix. They have always been helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and above all, they have been extremely friendly. They know me by name that’s for sure. Every problem has been due to the manufacturer not Blue Haven. I would recommend Blue Haven Pools Who asks where I got my spa. Thank you, Blue Haven and all the staff for keeping me happy.

Would not recommend. Poor service after the sell. We had to configure the pool equipment they installed after several phone calls and no response.

I would put zero if I could. Nightmare that never ends almost a year after pool going in. Poor work, poor ethic from their workers, no respect for your property. A horrible experience all around that continues. Impossible to even communicate with anyone but the office staff, who have a canned message 'we'll call you back', which never happens. Get someone else to build your pool.

Met with pool designer for quote on pool 32 days later no communication at all no email, no phone call, nothing. Talked to a neighbor or had similar experiences no call backs or emails. Had four other companies out all replied within a week!

I had someone come out on Aug 16th to see what we wanted and give us an estimate. It has now been almost 3 months and I have called several times and spoke to someone in the office but still have not received any correspondence from Wayne the guy who came out to our house. They must not need my business but I wish they would have just told me that!
