New Wave Dave drained the pool, cleaned out the debris, power washed the walls, scrubbed the algae off the side walls that had accumulated and could not be removed by regular brushing, treated the walls with chlorine, and refilled the pool. They did a fantastic job. Aubrey and the guys were great to work with.

New Wave Dave is customer-centered and very professional. I feel like everyone I speak with really knows what they are talking about. We have had a couple of weird problems with our pool sweep and the guys from NWD didn’t stop until they figured out what the problem was and solved it (hint: a sweet three year old may or may not have shoved goggles into the sweep intake). NWD is reasonably and competitively priced. I would definitely recommend this company!

Our sand filter was overloaded with green algae. Brett replaced sand, cleaned out all the fittings and advised us on system and upkeep. We are very satisfied customers.

Working with this team to keep our pool clean and maintained over the last couple of years has been an absolute pleasure. After receiving horrible customer service following the installation of our pool by Blue Haven / Certified Pools here in Corpus Christi, I found New Wave Dave. Cody Aubrey and Amber are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. After having only had the pool for a little over a year the salt cell went out and had to be replaced. They gave me a great deal and we haven't had trouble keeping our chemicals balanced since. Our pool technician, Brett, was always friendly and willing to answer questions we had and put up with our dogs, too. If you have a pool in Corpus Christi and don't have NuWave Dave helping you take care of it I feel sorry for you. Customer service in this area is lacking and everyone knows it so when you find a company as good as this that treats their customers so well you definitely want to help out your neighbors and let them know where to go. You won't regret it.

Great service. Pool always looks great. New Wave is very good at communicating issues tha may arise. Our tech is very personable.

New Wave Dave is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I've had them come out and perform various maintenence and service needs. I've also called them with random pool questions and they always provide great advice and recommendations. They are very responsive and take the time to explain details to make sure I understand my pool system and any issues I'm having. When I have a pool question or concern, they the first place I call.

Pool tech is great. He is on top of any problems. You couldn't ask for better customer service and expertise at doing their job

Lots of pools in Corpus and lots of pool companies; New Wave Dave stands alone! They answer the phone, have a schedule text update system that is very nice because you’re updated on arrival time and they stick close to it. I appreciate that because my time is valuable as well. Competent techs from military backgrounds round out a great pool company! Highly recommend!
