I had Ray come out today to check my unit out because It was low on Freon, Interesting I was told by another company. But the other company couldn't add it because it was an old unit and if they did, they have to come back it would be like $250 a pound because it was low, Ray came out and told me And checked it with his gauges and said it was not low that he did not want to steal my money from me. He informed me what to do. Take care of. It was very helpful because it save me money. Being of its age, he could not deal with it because he was worried if something happens he couldn't be responsible ! And I understand that he was very helpful and I will definitely call him out again when I have a issue when I replace this unit thank you for your help. These guys were great.

Excellent service at a fair price. He got my 80 year old dad's AC running the same day I called. No up-selling or pressure to buy a new unit. He was honest with what he could do and was extremely gracious of my dad's quirks. I only wish I knew about this company when my own AC went out.

Highly recommend Airtight for all your HVAC needs. He responded to me quickly and came out the same day. He went above and beyond to thoroughly explain the issue and provided answers to all my questions/concerns.

These guys could have soaked us for a ton of cash. We called them out on a late evening call thinking our AC was not cooling and making noise. They checked it out and determined everything was fine, it may need a little cleaning, but everything else was working as advertised for its age. Come to find out the noise was coming from something else. Yes, they get five stars for being honest, THE BEST KIND!

Had the Rescue Air team here yesterday to do maintenance. Recommendations were a bit pricey and pushing me to buy a new entire system. Ray came in today and took the time to teach me as much as I wanted to learn. He noticed the outside fan was still dirty and ended up cleaning it too. He replaced the 2 capacitors, installed an Assist Kit and added 2 lbs of refrigerant. His prices are actually reasonable as well! Highly recommended. Thank you Ray!!

It is rare to have any tech come out for no charge to diagnose an issue, and on the same day of the call at that. The tech answered my call, came within a few hours and was honest and upfront with what we needed (or not). I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

Robert!! This is the man you want working on your AC! We were in desperate need of our AC repaired and due to unfortunate circumstances unable to afford a whole new system.
