Seriously Amazing service! I called they answered and literally helped me over the phone. Coaching and guiding me through the system with expert knowledge and telling what I was looking at! Told me what to do and I was back up and running with cold AC! I highly recommend First Class Air to any and everyone! If you use anyone else, you’ll be found wanting!

D'Andre and team were professional, responsive, very thorough. We were in the process of moving into our place and had cleaners and other things lined up, so the window was narrow to get our Ducts cleaned. D'Andre understood the situation we were in and aligned schedules.

Pat and Shayne were the dynamic duo that came (on time!) to do the work. Pat (who was the lead) took the time to explain things in a simple manner and walked me through, I asked a lot of questions so he was very patient with me.

<<<< FeedBack >>>>: They did miss 2 vents (partially my fault), so I called D'Andre to provide feedback. D'Andre was very apologetic and wanted to make things right! He literally sent Pat and Shayne to correct things right after the job they were working on!

I will say there are way too many shady companies in this business that use scare tactics to try and get you to spend / waste money, Not First Class Air & Restoration! Anytime I need HVAC, Duct work, I am calling D'Andre and team

During this winter storm he came and worked on our heat. We lose heat the day before the storm. After 3 days of using our fireplace and about to run out of wood. He Del was a God sent after hours of working on our system he got it running. I am so thankful for this kind man's service and dedication. He didn't even have power in his home but came to us and helped us. Thank you again. If you need help call him.

We've used them several times now and will not use anyone else. They have fair pricing, easy to communicate with, and super helpful. They take pride in their job and will absolutely fit you in their schedule asap. They have come out on Sunday evenings for us including on Mother's day. 1,000% would recommend.

I called Del because my heater was making a loud sound on the coldest day of the year so far. Him and his helper came right away to diagnose my problem. They were kind, professional, and did a great job. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I own several rent houses and have used many A/C technicians over the years. I can say First Class is the most honest reliable and dependable company I have ever used!!!

Mr. Randall and his staff were very professional in fixing my Heating System and making all the necessary repairs. I was extremely impressed with the appearance of him and his staff. Most importantly other estimates were well over what my cost was with First Class Air&Restoration. A customer for life.

The guys did a great job, very responsive and great to work with. We did have an issue with our heat after the install, but they quickly got someone out the same day to fix the issue. Overall was a great experience would highly recommend.

Very professional, responsive, was able to come same day when other ac companies told us 1-2 weeks in texas June when I have a 1 year old. Highly recommend and now have him on speed dial if future issues arise, no question he will be our first call!

They diagnosed the problem and sent me a quote by email the
same evening. And installed a new condensing unit within the next 48 hours at a great price. My house has never been as Cool as it is now

First Class did a fantastic job replacing my system! Their response time was great and they got everything done within a few hours. Super professional and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I will definitely be using them for all HVAC needs in my home!

Dale and his crew were very easy to communicate with. They conducted themselves in a professional manner and performed a complete new installation of my a/c handler and condenser in about 7 hours time. I was very impressed and will be recommending them to my friends and family. Thanks guys!

Dre Randall kept me informed throughout the entire process from ordering the equipment until after the installation and delivery of warranty. The crew was on time, courteous and very professional. They left my house cleaner than when they arrived. Cannot recommend them enough!
