Muy amables las de la oficina donde levantas los papeles y pesan, también muy amables la de seguridad de la troca roja y el joven que carga

bjas y y sigues el camino a la izquierda pasando por el estacionamiento de carros y te estacionas de tu lado izquierdo lo más pegado a la tierra
Ahí una traila de tu lado izquierdo que dice BOL SHIPPING . Ahí has a reportarte en la segunda escalera subes está la oficina .
Te darán indicaciones vas por papeles para tu carga y estando libre 5,4,3 te en rampas das tus papeles al del montacargas para que te empiece a cargar y ya cargado giras a la izquierda por donde venías vuelves a subir ala bascula ahora en la báscula pero está ves la que está del lado de la traila dejas tu tráiler ahí y vas por tus bol y listo.
En dado caso que salgas con sobrepeso ahí que ir a enrramparse de nuevo . Igual en la rampa que esté disponible 3,4,5. Y si no fuga
Hablan español .
Como quiera anda una dama muy amable en una camioneta blanca dando indicaciones por si es tu primera vez. Cargan rápido

We prefer this site over any other ones in the metro. They are always so helpful and fast. We paid $86 the first time and $82 the second time. Everyone is always very nice too.

FCFS for OCC. Takes about 1hr 30 minutes to get loaded. Loaders and shipping are always friendly. 7:30am to 5pm.

Trash is something that we deal with every day of our life. There is always some garbage collector picking up someone’s trash every day. They work in all sorts of weather, exposed to some nasty things, and are under appreciated. I live in a neighborhood in Travis County and use Texas Disposal Systems and am always grateful that I have Bonds (my garbage collector) who has my route every other Monday. He is in a noble profession that can be under glamorous and tedious. Bonds always has a smile on his face and is very friendly and professional. He helps keep our neighborhood clean and beautiful. He is a very valuable employee and his work is very important and makes are environment safer. Bonds is an unsung hero of our city. Thanks for doing such a great job Bonds!

90 dólares por unas bolsas de cartón aqui no te cobran por el peso si no que el mínimo prefiero ir hasta Hutto son previos más razonables esto es un robo

Absolutely ridiculous service. I had a neatly bundled stack of cardboard placed on top of my recycling bin because of extremely windy weather, and apparently that was “too much” for the driver to handle. Instead of doing the job I pay for, they skipped the pickup and sent a generic excuse email afterward.

The cart was not overflowing, the area was organized, and the lid issue was caused by weather conditions outside of my control. At this point it just feels like the drivers are looking for reasons not to pick things up.

Customer service was no help either. You pay for a service and then get treated like you’re the problem for expecting basic trash and recycling collection.

Texas Disposal Systems is definitely in the right business because the service itself is complete trash.

Completely trash company. Horrible people to do business with. Extremely unresponsive and unreliable. Terrible company. Find any other company they will do a way better service

Worst people I’ve ever dealt with says I have to pay an extra $40 because I didn’t have tiedowns and I am not allowed to do it on their property

Terrible company and unreliable. The phone listed either doesn’t work or they purposely leave it off and it’s probably because the amount of complaints they receive. I have been trying to schedule a bulk pick up and no one will answer the phone. Bad business!

They over charged me and when I ask to talk to a supervisor they promised to give my money back and then when it actually come down to giving my money back for overcharging me for regular trash and made a million of excuses not to give me my money back that, I was overcharged and then not counting how rude and straight disrespectful they were to me they called me retarded and I'm honestly thinking of filing a hate crime cause ofnthe racial slures that they were using with me!!

I wish I had done more research on Texas Disposal Systems before signing up. They haven't taken our recycling in 6 weeks and then told me today that the barrel was too full... They are not proving the service they are charging for. Stay away, they are a waste of money.
