All reviews for EPX Energy

William did an amazing job. Not only did he replace parts of my panel that were lazily installed during the build of my house, but his workmanship is by far some of the best I’ve ever see.

William is simply the best. My wife and I have been undertaking a remodel that has taken a year and a half to complete and we have had many highs and lows. But out of the highs one stands out, and that was William. He is professional, courteous, respectful, fair, and fun to boot. He rewired our entire house and did an amazing job. Our jobsite is a couple hours away from where William lives but he was willing to drive several hours to and from to honor a small warranty issue (a small breaker was a lemon, nothing related to workmanship) and did so with a smile. To this day I can call him up if I need to troubleshoot something and he remembers exactly how he wired my entire house from memory and is always willing to walk me through anything. Again, simply the best. Though we probably won't go through such an extensive remodel ever again, if we do the first person we are calling is William.

William and the team at Electrical Panel Xperts handle all of our electrical needs. Their team is always on time, efficient and friendly. We plan to use them for all of our future projects and happily recommend them.

William and Eric of Electrical Panel Experts provide the service and professionalism which stands head and shoulders above the rest. Searching for an electrician to replace my entire electrical panel was a daunting task. I interviewed many different companies, but once Electrica Panel Xperts showed up, I realized my search had ended. Eric was extremely knowledgeable, professional, educated, and took his time to explain every aspect of the task at hand. He opened up the entire panel, pointed out all the trouble spots and potential hazards and even gave me several options and price tiers which I could choose from. Even my wife (Who knows nothing about electrical circuits and panels) Felt like she had learned something about this process and she really felt comfortable with Eric doing the work around our house as well. These guys, William and Eric, are so great that they even called me back on a Sunday to answer some questions even after the job was finished! If you are searching for a company to do any type of electrical work around your house, Save yourself The time and call Electrica Panel Xperts…… They will not disappoint!

I have had to rely on William to come fix the mess made by previous electricians twice. Now I just go straight to the source, he is very knowledgeable and thorough. I trust that he won't cut any corners when completing a job.

William and his Crew are fantastic. Mr. Agundes is very knowledgable about his field and passionate. Traveling the Big 3 cities to upgrades peoples homes with a friendly and hard working crew! Don’t look any further than EPX!

William and team installed 2 Span panels for me. They did a great job with the project and even helped me trouble shoot an issue over the weekend. Quality work and experience all around.

Excellent service. Quick and accurate estimate that was competitive. Did not try to upsell on unnecessary products, and actually convinced me to go with a cheaper option than I originally requested. Definitely my new go-to for electrical needs.

Electrical Panel Xperts had 2 projects for me in 2022. This, imo, is best in Texas. 5+.
- I trust their work.
- The owner, William: knowledgeable, focused, thoughtful; understands code well; clearly communicates.
- Runs good teams & mentors others (competent and professional)
- Probably a great employer for a top tier or aspiring electrician.

William and his team are very detail oriented in their electrical work. The team make sure the work is done right the first time. They recheck their work before turning on the power. They are professional and courteous. The best in the business that I have encountered

This is the second time that we have used Electrical Panel Xperts. Courteous, professional and always on-time. William is very detailed oriented and organized. We have additional projects planned and will definitely use Electrical Panel Xperts. Also, we have recommended Electrical Panel Xperts to family and friends. Absolutely, a great company to work with on your projects!

Mr. Agundes (and his crew) are very prompt and responsive; they also are solid advocates for the homeowner when it comes to navigating complex situations with manufacturers, supply chain, City inspectors, electric delivery company representatives, and other concerned parties.
With their high level of professionalism and attention to detail, I feel very fortunate to have been paired by Span with Electrical Panel Xperts for my panel installation and service upgrade.

Excellent customer service, quality work and professionalism. The team was quick, efficient and cleaned up. They listened and planned and installed thinking of future plans. Highly recommend for any residential energy work.

Rudy and Alex are stellar workers!!! They were sooooooo careful and respectful to the work and to my family. Very clean, very smart, incredibly good at what they do! They are the best! Give these guys a raise!!!

William and his crew at Electrical Panel Experts installed a Span Panel at my home. I cannot say enough good things about the work they did; everything from planning, scheduling, and installation was top notch. The circuits in my house were a bit of a puzzle and they made everything make sense. I highly recommend Electrical Panel Experts!

David and team are excellent! Was able to work with them on our SPAN install, and they’ve continued to deliver 5 star service ever since.

A truly professional business that installed a new SPAN panel and whole home surge protection in my home. They arrived on time, got busy and were finished on time. They kept me up to speed on what was going on and they explained everything to me. I heartily recommend this business for your electrical needs, especially if replacing a panel. I thought I was slightly OCD about wiring, well these guys are obsessed with making what is essentially hidden, look neat and tidy! Really pleased and these guys will be my ‘go to’ from now on!

Great Service. Highly recommend!

William and his team performed a warranty repair faster than the manufacturer’s time quote. Very helpful and explained every step. I would recommend this company for new work or repairs. Thanks!

Using Electrical Panel Xperts was great! The communication in setting up the time, price, and new panel was great and timely. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy to be working on our home. Then the results were terrific. New panel works great and looks great for a better price than the competition. Would highly recommend!

William and his team did a great job at my house. They replaced my existing electrical panel with a Span smart panel. All of the work was well done and they were very professional. Will be using them again in the future for other electrical needs.
