I have worked with PHFM in the past, and we had a lot of trouble getting paid. We did not sign back on with them after a couple of bad interactions (Again, with regards to getting paid).

It was like pulling Teeth, however.... Their Team reached out and paid all invoices in full with no further issues.

I am hopeful that this trend continues....

We shall see.

Did some work for them and they haven’t paid for the time. The guy who set the job up pretty much just said you will get paid when you get paid. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Idk how they treat clients or workers but as a contractor they are garbage

Contractors!! Stay away!!! They say anything to get you to do work and then give every excuse in the book to not pay you. Still waiting and jumping through hoops for work we did right after Helene.

Lied from start the start about how long they were hoping to take for an estimate. When arranging a time (they wanted us to schedule despite telling us they could just swing by after taking care of someone else), the people would constantly talk over the people on the phone and give conflicting information. When called and told no longer were interesting, we have been constantly called back. Gave us and tried to answer, only to have them hang up on me.

If this is how bad we are treated without having our business, I think we dodged a major bullet here.

TL;DR - Misrepresentation, conflicting information given, poor professional attitude, and now won't take no for an answer. RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Stay away from them they brought a 30 year company just to close it down in 3 years because of lack of communication, listening skills and just being dumb. Contractors other companies don’t do it if I could give no stars I would. Look up (Security Vault Works)

This company takes advantage of small businesses. Promises them payment and then doesn't follow through with payment. Their account managers have unrealistic expectations and don't have a very good understanding of construction. They treat their employees like dirt. Most importantly they violate state liscends regulations by never having a licensed holder on site. They have jobs all over the states, all the while their liscends holder sits in an office in ft.worth. They have been caught several times and cited for violations and threatened with revocation of their license. At one point I was told if I left a good review on Google I would get more work ... it never happened. They keep changing their name to dodge all the bad reviews they get. DON'T TRUST THEM!

I do not recommend working with Power House Retail Services from Crowley, Texas. They are contracted as a maintenance company and call local vendors to work on a business site such as Wells Fargo Bank in Rapid City, SD. They call as an emergency hoping to get someone quickly and rush to the job site before anyone will research their company online. Power House promises to pay quickly and our small plumbing company has been waiting for over six months for payment. All smaller vendors should beware before taking any work from this company.

If i could give a negative 0, i give -0 to this company. They keep calling me to the do the job and i finally did it, i turned in the invoice and pictures after the job done and they told me wait for 45 days. Now it's past 45 days, nobody answer the phone, i leave a voice mail but nobody call you back. What a shame!

For over a year powerhouse has let me and my brother park our semi trucks in the far corner of the parking lot. We always stayed out of the way kept clean and caused no trouble. When other trucks that weren’t allowed to park there, we made sure to get them removed that way it wouldn’t be a cluster. Apparently there’s new management, and without even hearing me out, denied us to be there anymore as if we were causing trouble or there wasn’t enough parking, which there was. I got out of the military and started trucking because I thought it was cool to help make the country run. Thank you for making it that much more difficult to be home and see my family when we drive and cater for yours.

Thank goodness I read the reviews. We received an email from this company saying they left voice messages about an "emergency" without defining what type of "emergency" they were having or even what service.
I checked with all service departments and NO ONE had a voice mail.
We are located in NC, this company is in TX.
While we do (rarely) contract through LEGITIMATE companies this one seems to be one of the shadier 3rd parties.
Stick with homeowners. What an awful way to try to do business.

Small businesses beware this company will hire you promise payment as soon as invoices turned in still have not got paid. I've been waiting since July they had me rush over to the job at a Murphy's gas station I did the work completed it turned in my invoice and for the last several months have been getting nothing but the runaround this company is a complete and utter joke I have probably talked to 10 different people trying to straighten this out and no one seems to care so right after I'm leaving done this message I am going to get a hold of the people at Murphy's which my local store gave me the number to contact and let him know that these are the kind of people that they have doing maintenance on their buildings it's a crying shame that I'm going to have to take somebody to court over a piddly amount of money
I would give this business zero Stars if it allowed me to the lady Bethany that I had hire me to do the work doesn't return calls and it don't seem like it bothers any of them if you don't get paid as long as they get their paycheck.
