The technician thought he knew what was wrong with the ice machine and then proved his theory that some electrical wires were
broken. Two previous technicians did not solve the problem...they easter egged a fix by ordering parts. The fix was accomplished by laying on the floor trying to solder too very small wires together.This consumers opinion is that the third try was successful because the tech worked harder than the first two techs who were not willing to do the tough fix. The repair to this machine should not have taken THREE trips.

I am not happy that I had to set aside what adds up to three days of waiting time for a tech to arrive between 07-1600 hours! The third try was a charm...lets see how long this fix lasts.

Described my observation of the refrigerator issues to Sear Home Services Technician Mike. He affirmed me that the main cause was the heavy icing of the freezer compartment back wall causing the evaporator fan motor to stop running leading to the error code ERR FF. He believed the heavy icing was due to food overfilling the bottom freezer drawer.

UPDATE: Few days after the repair, I realized the icemaker was not making ice. Looking at it closely, I found out the icemaker was re-installed incorrectly by Mike. So I un-installed and re-installed it myself. Icemaking worked again!

Our service person was very competent, neat and polite. Very impressed with our service guy.

Excellent response rate and highly knowledgeable technical team

The technician was awesome but it took more than 4 weeks to get washer fixed. No one takes ownership of the problem, you cannot talk to a supervisor or any top management. This process is as beyond ridiculous!

Roman was professional and considerate. He explained things well and was very polite. My washer works great now!

Darrick did a fantastic job of fixing a terribly annoying squeak that our dryer developed… He was also very professional and conscientious enough to point out and repair other problems that might engender future problems. I hope I don’t have problems in the future… But if I do, I will definitely hope that Darrick is assigned to my repair!

Mr Mark was very informative concerning what was wrong with my washer.
He was professional and timely. I would highly recommend his to service any of my appliance.

The technician was very kind, precise and checked all systems of the washer. I would highly recommend him and his company to perform the repairs. He arrived at my home precisely at the times he had indicated through the email and text messages.

Matt appeared on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator/freezer. He efficiently performed the service and was gone in less than an hour. Also, the process of making an appointment and the follow through from that point couldn't have been smoother or easier.
