They installed a home generator and the install was seamless, fast and again very professional. Tina, Elizabeth and Armando have been fantastic. We have and do highly recommend ARC Electric.

From our initial contact with arc electric we have dealt with nothing but sincere professionalism. Armando came to do our initial estimate and walk through. He did a complete and thorough inspection of our generator, and listened to our lighting requests. We had some light fixtures that were ready to be replaced and the the ceilings are too high for us to take on this project ourselves. Needless to say we hired them and we now have a much better functioning generator after the maintenance, a great backyard light fixture, several smart switches, and our ceiling lights are bright, clean, and wonderful. The crew that did the actual work were wonderful and very respectful of the property. I highly recommend arc electric + lighting.

The Arc Electric team installed my generator today, and did an awesome job! They simulated a power failure, and my whole house turned back on in under a minute. They were kind and courteous through the whole process. The owners showed up to do the site survey and pricing and again at installation, which definitely made me feel confident in my decision. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a generator!

Arc electric is AMAZING to work with…they are honest, thorough, pay attention to detail and give wonderful customer service. My aunt was thrilled with their work! We will definitely use them again! If I could give them more than 5 stars…I would!!

Amazing service!! We had our ceiling fan fall and after speaking to this amazing team, they had people out the next morning job was completed within an hour and my old broken trashy ceiling fan was upgraded to a beautiful modernized fan. Pricing was very reasonable as well!!

I’m so grateful for Tina and Armando. I got a home generator installed and they were wonderful throughout the entire process. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive. They did everything to help make this complicated process easier for me, including HOA documentation. Their team was professional, courteous, and worked efficiently. Most importantly, they are caring and treat you like family. The generator was a big investment for me, and choosing arc electric + lighting for this project was absolutely the best thing I could’ve done!

Had my Kohler for 9 months now. Installation was flawless, and generator works perfectly! Comes on every Friday for its automatic check, and have actually used it twice for 3-hour outages. Obviously, there is a 4-6 second pause to come on, and when power comes back, clocks and other thing run seamlessly with no blips on the clocks etc. Handles whole house perfectly, including two air conditioners (both running). VERY happy with Arc Electric.

Everyone at Arc was amazing to work with. We had a generator installed on a house that didn't have a gas line pre-installed.

Tine and the staff at the office were amazing, working with us throughout the entire process. We had to request to change schedule dates several times due to timing issues on our end, but Tina and rest of staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to our schedule needs.

The install went great. Armando and technicians were very professional and friendly as well, answering any questions as well as providing good guidance and recommendations.
They walked us through the entire process of what to do after a power loss event. They also were happy to answer questions we had during the install process.

Overall getting the generator installed by Arc was a good experience. We are thankful to the entire staff for going through the process with us, and look forward to using Arc for electric needs in the future.

We are very pleased with the entire experience dealing with Arc Electric. Tina explained us very clearly the process and she provided all the paperwork that our HOA requested for the approval application. She even came to our house to assess and recommend the best location for the generator in our backyard. They came to install within one week after the HOA approval. The installation was very smooth and left my yard very clean. The technician explained the operation step by step. We signed up for yearly maintenance program with them. We highly recommend Arc Electric.

We used arc to install a new chandelier in our living room. There was a torrential storm the day they were originally scheduled to do the install and we received a call that the crew wanted to reschedule as they didn't want to risk tracking mud or anything into our home. That was very thoughtful of the crew and we were promptly rescheduled for the following morning. The crew, led by Johnny, arrived on-time and completed the job following precise instructions from a picky interior designer. They protected our rugs and cleaned up afterwards. Nice group of guys and they were great with our dog. Highly recommend this great local business. Johnny left with a list of items we want a bid on to hopefully complete in the near future. Great job!
