Quality, caring people. I was stalled along the road and Viking Electrical Services stopped to see if I had a dead battery and needed a jump.

Thomas Sivley came out to determine what made the lights go out in our game room upstairs. He found the problem and replaced the faulty switch. He did that so well that I told him of another problem we have had in our kitchen for over 10 yrs now. Some of the GFI plugs don't work, along with some regular plugs in our dinning room. He found the cause and fixed it by rewiring one of the plugs. I was quite impressed with Thomas. I will definitely refer him to friends and family.

Demitri took the time to make sure all of our electrical needs were met including making us aware that one of breakers blew a fuse. Awesome work!

They declined to do my home rewiring job, so they’re busy with larger job sites.

Had to call someone else to finish the job

Ryan from Viking Electrical installed my whole home portable generator system and put a lock out swith on my electrical panel. The crew did a good job.

About a year passed and i was considering a stand alone Generac, which Ryan came to my house and said he would quote, along with the possibility of adding a 40 foot 50amp cord to my portabbe system.

This is where the problem started. As time passed I did not hear from him on the quotes. I texted him numerour times with no answer. Lately I called the office and asked the rep to have him call me, as I thought my texts were not received by him.

It has been over 2 weeks and no call from Ryan. This is totally unacceptable.

I take it from his lack of response that he prefers not to have me as one of his valued customers.

I will never do business with this company again, as he is not professional and does not return calls or texts.

I would suggest that you take your electrical business to a company that cares and is professional and cares about you as a customer......Beware
