Wow! Such a unique community. 68 unique modern farmhouse and craftsman style homes. Lake views, no back neighbors. Walking distance to amenities 💕🏡🏡🔑. The Focal point of the main entrance of BRIDGELAND! Front and back lawn maintenance.

Beazer Homes truly is the best builder in the area. I'm not just saying that. Do your research first! You will quickly find that Beazer is the only builder designing their units with insulating foam sprayed in the attics and all exterior walls. Everyone else uses the pink fiberglass or pulp in attics, accompanied with spurts of canned spray insulation to try and seal off bugs, making it an opened envelope (50+ yr old design). Beazer creates a closed envelope system which insulates the attic, allowing the A/C to be much more energy efficient and helps maintain less wear & tear, with the entire home feeling comfortable. Thus giving the owner a very inexpensive electric bill! Go with Beazer, you really can't go wrong.

Not paying 450k for a 2k sqft home.... on a 8k sqft lot. and then have to pay 10 for the lot because its what ever... BULLSH!T.

Keep holding out... soon the prices will drop. then we can talk value.

This place treated my friends very poorly. They build a nice home but I would be very cautious about signing a contract with them.

I highly recommend NOT buying a home from this builder. They will make promises they cannot keep and make wrong assumptions then put you in a horrible situation due to their own errors and not give any of your deposit back.

They will send you the improper documentation, there were multiple errors on our finish sheet including color of the home which wasn't brought to our attention until after the contract was signed. The sales reps only care about sales and are not looking out for your best interest whatsoever. We have yet to receive any termination documentation after asking MULTIPLE times but they have already listed our home for sale, how is that acceptable if we are technically still under contract?

It would be understandable if we, as the client, were deciding to walk away but this decision was forced by the builder. Was under contract with this builder for over 6 months, lost so much time and money in an already difficult housing market due to their own error and awful communication.

This builder made no effort to help us find another option that fit our families needs after taking our money. The options that were given were 1) out of budget (when already told what our max budget was) 2) out of our timeframe 3) when asked to lower price of other available to help, they refused. HORRIBLE builder. It's very sad that a builder is willing to take your money and have not a care in the world to help with a reasonable solution when they are putting you in a hard and stressful situation after giving them so much money.

Ruined our home buying experience. No builder should be able to do this.
