Recently hired American Comfort Experts to service my rental home. They were very easy to work with, communicated well, and were able to complete the job the next day after the initial diagnosis. Highly recommended!

A.C.E. was not our original, intended option for the task of upgrading our AC/heater system on an older house (built 2003) which we bought 3 years ago. But, and maybe I should just put it out there more definitively, “but God” led us to find 3 quotes, this company being accidentally (?) called when intending to call another one that was recommended to us by my wife’s employer that have lived in the area for decades! The office staff at A.C.E. seems capable of actual customer service, and Josh has a strong grip on everything going on with his company, which we have been impressed with from him, in-person, giving us the original quote, and graciously answering my many (too many?) questions. The 2 installers were very work-focused, but also capable of explaining what they were doing or needed access to, etc. Lastly, I was impressed with the fact that the company sent out an inspector, which after a long day it’s probably a good idea to have a fresh set of eyes analyzing the completed work to uncover any possible mistakes or deficiencies. Thank you, Ray & Edgar & Zachary! In the end, and only a day later, I have been comfortable setting the house temp to 70 instead of 72 with a belief this system is going to prove to run more efficiently as well as be more cost-effective (our daughters home from college will be trying to encourage “mom & dad” to run it even colder down at 67-ish but I don’t know about that yet. Financing options also seemed more agreeable to us than what the other 2 companies were offering. If you’re in the Greater Houston area, especially in the Cypress area from Katy to Tomball to Huntsville beyond where we live in Montgomery and you need service, give these guys a call. Highly recommended!

My A/C went out and was not working. I came home and it was later in the evening. I ended up doing google and Yelp review and saw they had awesome reviews. I ended up calling them and was told I’d have a tech to my home within a couple of hours. Within 2 hours a tech came out to my home he was very knowledgeable and very professional and gave superb customer service. He was able to diagnose the issue and then gave me the quote for the repair. The quote was honest and fair and I did not feel I was being taken advantage since we are having this heat wave. He then went over a maintenance plan to where I can have my system checked twice a year. I was really impressed with the professionalism and customer service. I also decided to sign up for this service for additional cost. I’m very glad I called ACE and look forward to using them in the future for my AC/Heating needs if needed.

American Comfort is always good for us at Fairfield Dance Co. James arrived early in the 2 hour window; Identified the problem; had the parts on his truck; and leaving us with cold air. Thank you for cold!

Could not be happier with the quoting, communication, installation, and follow-up process. When you invest in a large ticket item like a new Trane AC/Heating unit, you want to know absolutely that you made the correct choice. They explain everything; they work with you on pricing; and as for the installation, we cannot say enough about their expertise, focus, professionalism, cleanup afterwards, explanation in answer to questions. What´s more they seemed to enjoy what they were doing and the company for which they work. As you can tell, we would give them a 10 if we could!

Zach arrived on time and began work immediately. He checked each of two attic units for proper operation and checked all condensate drains. Next he inspected and cleaned the exterior condenser units and monitored operating pressures. The technician then reported the capacitor for the large unit was defective and received approval from the owner and completed the work.

We discussed what he was going to do in detail and went to work.

When he finished he checked thermostats and said all look good
Oh, he also put in the filters we had purchased earlier in spring.

He also went over two things that were recommended. I told him we are unable to do
any other service but will check back after we are able to recover from the holidays

They were able to come out same day which was a blessing since air went out last night called. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem with 15 minutes. I signed up for the annual maintenance plan and would HIGHLY recommend this company

Wow! Such a great experience all around from ACE company. The 2 different techs that have been out to our home were kind, patient, honest, answered all of my questions, and were ready to educate and offer tips on how to improve our air conditioning/heater system. They take pictures of the things that need to be repaired to show to their customers, too. This is EXACTLY what I want when receiving service from any company. Thank you Nick and Jesus for the great customer service and helping us out!

Excellent service on an emergency call out. Technician (Antonio) was thorough and explained the situation. System was returned to service that day.

Update Been using them for a few years, always knowledgeable, professional, and treat your home with respect. Never price gouging or try to talk you into things you don’t need. Fast Forward - Had a blower motor go out on system, 90+ degrees, ACE came out 30 minutes after I called them and remedied the problem promptly - Josh and Zach to the rescue !!!! They are the experts you want for all your needs.

We’ve used ACE a few times and they have always been great. Zach was a life saver today and got our AC up and running in an hour. He was super knowledgeable and helped me understand exactly what was going on and what needed to be fixed. 10/10!!

A big thanks to the technician Nick Rodriguez! Very professional and quick considering it was in the evening. He was thorough and explained everything that was going on. I intend to make this company my main POC when it comes to my AC maintenance.

I suppose I "inherited" ACE when I purchased my home last year and the previous owners recommended them to continue with my routine A/C maintenance. I'm so glad they did! From the first phone call to the service technicians it has been an extremely friendly and efficient process. I highly recommend this locally owned company!

Second time having a tech come out to my home to service my ac unit and furnace after another power outage in my area and they have always shown up early, quick to get the service done, informed me on the how's and why's, get a bill that doesn't make me tense up, and they're out. A bonus is that the phone operators and techs are incredibly friendly. I'm a combat veteran and it makes me incredibly happy to support a veteran owned business that does so extremely well. Thank you guys again.
