Ivan was great, worked in a timely manner and gave all options and recommendations. Did a nice job on the unit and was respectful of home. Will recommend him to family and friends.

Cannot recommend them enough! They took my disgusting unit and replaced the outside unit, the inside coils, and the motor inside. They cleaned everything so thoroughly and ensured proper operation before leaving. Say hello to home efficiency!!!

Ray from Efficiency Experts has, on different occasions, come out to service my AC units and has always been professional. He was able to diagnose and repair the issues quickly while also providing me important maintenance information.

The technician, Ray did a great job fixing our A/C. It’s really hard to find honest companies up selling you on expensive A/C units. Efficiency Experts comes in and does the job quickly at a reasonable price. We greatly appreciate them.

Ivan was the technician today for my annual service. He was friendly and quick and arrived right on time. He alerted me to some possible issues and offered me estimates. Would definitely recommend this company.

I usually do not write reviews, but had the pleasure of working with Ray from here. Super friendly, straightforward with the problems, easy to understand what he was explaining to me the issues with my AC. Thanks Ray for doing a spectacular job!

Amazing family owned and operated business. Professional extremely knowledgeable and willing to make sure they educate the customer. I have used Todd for several years and he and his team have never disappointed. They were available at some irregular hours and always met with a smile and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any heating and air conditioning needs. I'm adding this comment on June 7,2025. We did a complete system replacement with Trane XV 20 series and gas furnace. We added additional ductwork as the rear of the home was deficient. We replaced a 15 year old Lennox. They started at 0800 and we're done by 1300. They left our home spotless and provided hands on explanation of thermostat features and functions. The first night was the most comfortable night we spent in our home since we purchased in February of 2021.

It's always a great experience with Efficiency Expert. I have been a customer for over 10 years. I purchased my HVAC unit through Efficiency Experts and it has been maintained by Efficiency Experts since day one. I have no complaints. Today Ivan did a great job on the biannual inspection.

Todd just complete a service on my Trane system, on time as always. he installed this this system 3 years ago and it is great.
This is the second system we have bought from Efficiency Experts would never use anyone else. They never disappoint!

Ivan was great to work with. I know enough about electrical and hvac to get in trouble, so he was very patient with my questions and answered all of them with ease. He also suggested a few things and left me in working order. I would recommend Ivan again and I will do my best to get Efficiency Experts to be my go to repair contact.

Ivan was the tech for today, very knowledgeable and excellent communicator. Appreciate him working us into his Saturday schedule.

Efficiency Experts was the best service we have received when utilizing American Home Shield warranty.

All associates give honest & straighforward feedback, which Today is Very Refreshing. I Recommend them Highly! And believe you will Not be disappointed with their service. They resolved my issue with an old system Perfectly!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Harvey from Efficiency Experts Inc. to replace the secondary drain on my A/C unit, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, Harvey was professional, knowledgeable, and highly efficient.

He took the time to explain the issue in detail, provided clear options for repair, and made sure I understood the entire process. The quality of his workmanship was top-notch, and he left the area spotless when he was done. My A/C is now running smoothly, and I have complete confidence in the repair.

It’s rare to find such dedication to quality and customer satisfaction these days, but Harvey truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Efficiency Experts Inc. to anyone in need of reliable and expert HVAC services!

Thank you, Harvey, for your exceptional work!

I had an excellent experience with this company and with Ray, their technician He was cheerful. respectful and knowledgeable. It was late in the day. but he acted like I was his first customer I highly recommend this company.

A sincere thank you to these guys for answering a call at 8pm on a Friday night and showing up just at 9am on Saturday morning. Left the area cleaner than when they got here and completely cleaned the unit. The younger guy even played fetch for awhile with my dog on the way out. Good stuff, these guys.

The A/C went out on Monday. My wife was in the hospital in ICU and my son was very sick with no A/C. i called American Home Shield and they assigned Efficiency Experts A/C for the repair. Initially, the job was assigned to come Thursday. Cindy called and I explained the family heath crisis that we had. She understood and Ivan came out first thing Wednesday and repaired the A/C. Cindy was so caring and understanding of our dilemma. Ivan did a great job and was very professional. I highly recommend their service.

Ray is a Godsend. He was courteous, professional, and a ray of light. He took the time to explain everything with my unit which was tremendously helpful & has a very positive attitude.

This is an excellent company. I found them through my home warranty service and they are now my primary AC/Heating service. They are all incredibly professional, skilled, and affordable. Nothing is done without your approval. Everything is communicated diligently. The technicians are all kind and take the time to explain the problems and offer multiple solutions. They work with home warranty companies as well to get service at better prices due to coverage. Financing is easy and flexible. A huge bonus is that the owner goes into the field and does the work too. I had a problem and he was out next day personally to resolve it. I'm a lifetime customer and I've had my fair share of A/C companies. None compare to Efficiency Experts. They are truly excellent.
