Update: GSM services are beyond amazing. I had an A/C emergency, and GSM stepped in and saved the day. As always, their service is above and beyond; you will not find this type of care at a big corporate company. Again, if you need service, make GSM your first and only call!

I have been using GSM for many years. They always try to help me save money and fix my AC and never try to sell me something I don’t need. They are very efficient and aware of being on time. They are always available for communications. All are very nice. I highly recommend if you need AC maintenance or new units.

GSM has been providing me with a/c & heating services for 3+ years. I have them come out & check in late Fall/Spring for issues as well as urgent situations! Always there ready to help.I wouldn't trust anyone else in Houston!

Called today and they came out today. Called and let me know they were running a little behind so was not waiting. They were great in finding problem and fixing the problems and had us with a/c and cold are in a short time. Pricing was within normal range and both guys were polite and explained the work to be done and gave me cost then. Would recommend this company to anyone

I had called several AC repair places and the GSAC & GC team were by far the most honest, trustworthy, and hard working team. They came within 30 minutes of my call. They offered me an affordable $5500 excellent solution as opposed to their competitors that said the compressor would have to be replaced for the system to be functional. I saved $6000 using these guys over the other bigger companies in the area. I feel really good about the work they did. They showed me all of the old parts and the new parts. They took pictures is what was removed so I had a reference to what and how the system was repaired. I called and fired my other AC service co and will never use anyone else while I am in Houston. Family business with owners present.

I gave them top ratings for these reasons: our conditioner went out yesterday they came. They found the issue it needed to be replaced. And they were here at 8 AM this morning. They were courteous and polite and efficient and the price was excellent. I would have them again or highly recommend them to anybody.

We have been using GSM since 2004. Not only for all our business locations, but for my home too! Guillermo is the best, and I consider him my friend! He is the most honest, straight forward person I have ever met. He's never tried to "make a quick sale" for the money. He's always had what's best for the customer mindset, not for his bottom line. They are great people. They came over to my house and immediately found the problem, and had the solution to my heater issue. I highly recommend them for any ac issues you have at home!

The owner is excellent , good communication, skills, respectful , fast response, good quality materials and good job with guarantee of job done. Try him and believe him. This company was just awesome! From start to finish. They came within a couple of hours, checked the problem, explained to me the solution. The value for their work, how quick and efficient they were, was way above my expectations! They were definitely priced great for the market! :) They really seemed to care about getting it done and done right for my kids and I, who had been without ac for 3 days. Our A/C stopped working this morning and our house temp was 79. I called them and within 5 minutes received a call back with an ETA. Jose showed up in 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem after a thorough assessment. He was efficient and very helpful. The work is reasonably priced, so we requested a quote for future work. I appreciate a company that doesn't always try to upsell. I highly recommend them.

Guillermo and the GSM Team are awesome! This is the third time I have used their services and they were able to come out and fix my system in the same day! Replace my coil and fixed my entire system. GSM came out 2 weeks ago to work through an AC problem i could not fix. They did a great job and i would recommend them to anyone in the Cypress-Katy Area.

The owner is TOP TIER! He will definitely take care of you. He told me the problem, got the part and my a/c cooled immediately. If I ever need my a/c looked at again, he’s definitely who I’m going to call. I’m a single mom and I have no clue about a/c units; he didn’t take advantage of that like most companies do. I contacted another company previously and they really didn't walk me through anything and tried to upsell me. So im glad i waited and found GSM a/c they came out fast and really helped me out with getting a new ac. Everyone was very kind and respectful and I can already start to feel a difference in the house. Will definitely be working with them again for my Hvac needs definitely recommend!

Guillermo and Michael were very professional. Guillermo figured out that Village Plumbing and Air was trying to scam me. They saved me over $4000 with their honesty. I will definitely use them again for any A/C needs! They were careful and worked hard in this Houston heat!

It is a very professional company if you have a problem with your air conditioning I recommend. My family call them, we had problems with our air conditioning and everything was solved thanks to them. They are the best and have very good prices, in my opinion they are the best option on the market
