A great team to work with. Showed pictures and videos of issues, went through options, and recommendations to keep us feeling comfortable in our home.

Today my heat stopped working and T&S came out right away. They fixed the issue promptly, answered my questions and explained what they did. After they left I realized I had another issue with my thermostat (the manufacturer's fault, not theirs). What did they do? They came back after their last job instead of heading home and installed a new thermostat for me. They have a loyal customer now. THANKS FOR TODAY

Outstanding Service Beyond Expectations!

I can't say enough good things about Ty, Stephanie, and their team at T&S Comfort Specialist. When our AC went out in the middle of the summer, we were stressed and worried. Not only did we need a new unit, but we also needed it fast. Ty and Stephanie went above and beyond to track down the perfect replacement unit for us, and they did it with impressive speed and dedication.

Today, Henry and William installed our new AC, and the entire process was seamless. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were top-notch. They worked tirelessly to ensure everything was up and running smoothly, and their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every step of the process.

Do not use. Had an HVAC not working, they came out and said evap coil needed to be replaced. They replaced it and the next day it wasn't working again. I called and they said they were not coming back and I needed to get someone else. The next contractor found multiple leaks in the system including the new coil they just installed. He also mentioned they cheaped out on the valves and installed incorrect ones. They are horrible. Get someone else competent

THEY ALMOST BURNED OUR HOUSE DOWN! These guys installed a new furnace and didn’t connect the wires properly (some were not connected at all) and it caused the breaker to constantly trip and we smelled a plastic smell when the heater turned on. We called a different company and they were shocked at the incompetence, not to mention the danger of starting a fire! The wires were melting the wire coating and the plastic in the circuit breaker. We were smelling burning wires! (See the photo)The bolts were red hot from all the electrical current that was misdirected. Do NOT trust these technicians if you want to keep your home and family safe!
