Tyler smith and jack came out to help me today. These two men were very helpful and nice to me, they explained everything they were doing for me and I cannot appreciate that more thank they know. Definitely will be coming back to FYI and requesting these men

FYI Plumbing Electrical & HVAC has been to my home twice for sink plumbing issues, and both times the experience has been excellent from start to finish. No lie…I have never met someone in any customer service department that is more helpful than Ashley Goodson. She is super smart super sweet and very respectful. Even when I was a little snappy at 1st. she helped me calm down and got me through it and gave me all the information I needed. Thank you for helping me out. If you guys need help with anything Ashley is the best person to talk to by far.

Ashley representative was most helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She had Chris and Daniel come out and assess the problem. These men where great at explaining, and are very knowledgeable also. Wonderful to have a company in Sigar Land that truly treat you like family. They did a great job, clean, timely, and followup fast service.

arrived on time and was very professional although I was upset based on a bad experience with another company. He explained what was wrong and showed me how he fixed it. Jesse had a great attitude and was able to gain my trust. That is important to me.

Jesse was amazing and fast with my air conditioner needs. He performed a maintenance and some repairs i need to get my air conditioner nice and cooling again. I will always recommend Jesse from FYI contracting to anyone who else needs services with the air conditioner. Thank you so much

I recently posted a less than positive review on the BBB website regarding installation of new ducts. Within two two days Corey, the general manager, got in contact with me unsolicited to better understand what my issue was. What happened after that is why you should contract with a BBB accredited companies like FYI. He came out personally to see the issue I spoke about. We resolved the issue but I mentioned something else they did that I had moved on from. Imad, the owner then reached out to me and arranged for another contractor, at his own expense, to come out and fix it. Now the area around the registers looks great! I am really impressed with the level they go to in order make sure a customer is satisfied. They never questioned my concerns or pushed back even five months later. Bottom line, is that FYI is a great company to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Tyler Joseph and Jack came out to clear my sink stoppage and did an excellent job. They were very nice, professional, and efficient with their time. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, and I really appreciate the great service. Highly recommend them!

Jesse did a great job with A/C check. He gave the system a tune-up, provided a few necessary new parts, advised us regarding outdoor water drip and answered all additional questions we had. Punctual and polite!!

Outstanding service and repair done by Vladimir and Chris. They were prompt and got the job done effectively. They even identified a second water leak that went unnoticed by previous company and did the repair quickly and effectively. Highly recommend!

Chris and Vladimir did an outstanding job replacing two water heaters at our property. They were professional, efficient, and completed the work in excellent time. There are so many companies out there that do horrible work! Jesse definitely went above and beyond and my HVAC system is now more efficient.

I just have to say Chris and Valdmyr were so nice and informative. They fixed the issue quickly and was able to help me understand how to prevent this issue moving forward. Very helpful! Such sweet gentleman.

All of the staff at FYI were exceptional! Ashley and Matt in the main office and the technicians Tyler, Daniel, Jack and Dylan, who replaced the failed gas line to my house. They kept me informed throughout the process. They guided me in the steps to take to have the new gas line certified by the city of Houston, they were exceptional!! Thank you FYI 🏆💯🌟👍🏼🥇
