We love our pool, thank you Blue Haven pools specially Roberto for designing and building our little paradise. We couldn’t been more happy, from the design all the way to the end of the project. We had a great experience with our project manager Brad at Blue Haven. Even after our pool was finished Brad still makes himself available for any questions I have on maintenance and upkeep.
The process can be a mess from start to finish and I highly recommend you request Brad to guide you through the project. We really have enjoyed our pool and backyard.

Blue Haven Pool is a responsible company with excellent service. From the moment we selected it, we realized that it is a serious and very well organized company. They also know how to listen to the customer. The person in charge of the job (Jimmy) was always in communication with us, so everything went very smoothly and on time for the summer.

We just built our first pool with blue haven pool . The process was very smooth jimmy is construction manager. He finished the work before the time frame he give it to us just in a month almost every thing is done :) . Always very responsive regarding all our concerns. From start to finish we could not have been happier with our experience with Roberto from Blue Haven pools. Roberto catered to all our needs. The design process was fun and Roberto's guidance and patience were tremendous. Once the design was done, Roberto quickly went to work and our HOA docs and permits. There were complete as soon as possible and construction began in a flash. The build went smoothly, Roberto answered all our questions and his attention to the small details was amazing. Robert's communication was top notch and he was always available when we needed him. Overall we are thrilled with the outcome and could not recommend Roberto and Blue Haven more.

I love my Blue Haven pool, great company to work with. Sandy my project manager was great, he was always a phone call away. He was on top of everything.

After being skeptical and honestly afraid with all the negative reviews I had read on line, I’m very happy I chose Blue Haven to get my pool made. I am very pleased with the whole pool construction process, from the beginning to the end. My Construction Manager was Jimmy, I couldn’t have asked for a better manager. Jimmy made the process easy and I just sat back and watched it happen. I would totally recommend Blue Haven to get the job done!

We have absolutely loved our pool from the moment it was built, but what has impressed us even more is how quickly they respond to any issue no matter how big or small. After several months, our hot tub light began flickering. The moment I emailed about it, Anna got right back to me with troubleshooting steps. After I went through them and the flickering was still happening, Anna immediately got Jerald looped in. He came with Mike, and they put a brand new light in and did it so fast that we barely had to spend any time out of the pool. The teamwork between Anna who coordinated and Jerald and Mike has obviously been built over a long time because they operated essentially as one. I can’t recommend Blue Haven enough, not only for the great pool that we love swimming in, but now for the fact that they stand behind their work and respond fast if an issue comes up.

Blue Haven pools and spas Cypress, Texas is the best pool company in Houston. Just wanted to share our experience regarding our pool build. First, I want to start with the excellent customer service that Blue Haven provided from the beginning to the end. I had the honor of working with Kelley Woods on the initial planning and approval process. This phase could be one of the most difficult one, due to determining pool size, shape, pool plan, documentation needed for approval for HOA and city of Houston, etc., but Kelley made it look very easy. He not only provided guidance but had the patience to listen and work with us regarding our changes/wants until we were happy with the final product. I changed our pool plan several times and he never hesitated in sending new pictures regarding the pool plan. The company then assigns you to a project manager and I had the honor of working with Travis. Let me tell you, this is where the fun and stress begins. Travis sat with me prior to the construction and outlined the phases of the pool construction, he not only shows you but literally explains it step by step, which was awesome. The office also sends you email reminders of what’s next, etc. which is also amazing. Travis provided the outmost excellent customer service, always calling and providing me the latest update and next steps. Everything went as planned, we had some delay due to rain, but that was it. Even after my pool was done, Travis still calls to check on us to make sure everything is good. This is amazing. The company provides the best product and works with the best vendors. Thank you Blue Haven, Kelley and Travis for everything. We are extremely pleased with our final product. You all are amazing. I highly recommend Blue Haven pools and spas Cypress, do not let the previous reviews affect your decision. Once again Thank you!!!!!!!

5 Weeks! Wow wow wow!! Broke ground August 1st and are filling it today! So happy with our BlueHaven Pool! Thank you Kelley & Travis for such a smooth experience. Exactly what we were wanting, Kelley did a great design and Travis was with us through the whole process to answer all our questions. Very professional crews and operation. Would use these guys again!! Highly recommend

From start to finish, we couldn’t be happier with how our pool construction went with Blue Haven Pools. Our initial planning meetings with GM Phil were easy and comprehensive. He understood the limitations of our backyard space and created a design the not only worked perfectly with the space, but also took into account the design of our home so it looks like it’s been here all along.

Jimmy, our Project Manager was professional and responsive to our concerns and requests throughout the build. When we met with him before the project even began, he said “don’t worry about anything.” I believed him and he was true to his word. I knew we’d get the pool of our dreams and Jimmy would make it happen.

We had a great experience with Blue Haven starting with Matt who was our initial sales contact. Matt helped us to price the exact pool we wanted. Brad the project manager did excellent job of making sure the project stayed on task and was completed with excellence. Jerry showed us how to use the equipment and set us on path to maintenence. Overall excellence product for a great price.

Blue Haven was a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call. Within hours we had started my project. The sales/designer person, Kelley, was knowledgeable and efficient. He drew up exactly what I wanted. The budget was right where I told him to stay too! The project manager, Travis, was easy to deal with, handled all the contractors with experience and knowledge so there were zero issues. It was a super fast job and cleaned up perfect! The start up person, Jerry, from Saphire Pools is on point! He knows his job and helps you find the most efficient and cost effective way to maintain your pool. This whole experience together was very professional and painless! Highly recommend.

I just recently had a pool built by Blue Haven. I cannot say enough good things about the entire process, from start to finish. From designing to execution, the process was flawless. The build took only 5 weeks to complete. The finished product is even better than we could have expected.

During construction, Travis was an outstanding project manager. He kept everything organized and on schedule, communicated clearly at every stage, and always took the time to walk me through what was happening. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things right made the whole build experience stress-free.

And once the pool was complete, Jerry stepped in and took everything to the next level. He is incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through every detail to make sure the entire system was fully optimized. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and didn’t leave until the setup was perfect.
