Luxe Outdoors transformed our backyard to a beautiful oasis. They built a pool, outdoor kitchen, addition covered patio, and firepit area with builtin seating. We absolutely love it and have had no problems staying and working at home during this Pandemic. John and his crew are very professional and John will respond late evenings and early morning hours too.

John and his team did an amazing job with our patio cover, bar and fireplace. The final product exceeded our expectations. They were there every step of the way. We would highly recommend Luxe Outdoors for any of your outdoor entertainment needs.

Luxe Outdoors just finished our backyard oasis. From computer design to the finished product, John and his team go above and beyond to make sure every little detail is done with precision. We will enjoy our pool and all the extra amenities for many years.

Buying a pool is kind of intimidating. How much can you afford, what design will I choose and what will maintenance be like? With Luxe, they had all of the answers and made me feel like I could ask anything. Texas is Hot! We wanted a pool to actually be able to enjoy our backyard and Luxe designs and installs the most beautiful pools! We are lucky to now know them!!!

I cannot emphasize enough how awesome our experience was with Luxe Outdoor Pools, building our now favorite room – our outdoor haven! From the beginning conversations with John and April around design ideas and materials, through the pain of living with a giant mud hole in the yard, all of the construction and right through to the finished product it felt like we were doing business with our closest friends. At every opportunity where we found something not quite right, John was all over it and his answer was always how they could make it better. April brought a fantastic design eye to helping me with those final agonizing tile and color decisions and we just love it all. Any construction process is fraught with problems and yet we only had a few – even more important was how every question and concern we had was addressed right away, with speed and a smile. We would happily recommend Luxe and feel so lucky to have found this great company. We absolutely love our backyard!

My husband and I dreamed of having a pool and patio with an outdoor kitchen and bathroom for years. Last year we decided we would go for it. We were cautious because we personally knew several people who had awful experiences with pool builders. It was going to be a big project and we wanted to make sure we were comfortable with the company we would use. We received a few quotes and decided upon Luxe and we are sooo happy that we did! At the initial meeting at our home, John listened to our vision and was confident that they could make it happen. We worked with their awesome designer TJ who is extremely detail oriented and created exactly what we wanted! In fact, it was better than we imagined. From day 1, Luxe was very professional and prompt. We signed our contract on December 1st and our project was complete in April! The pool was dug and gunite was poured all in the same week! TJ continued to follow up on the construction as needed and our project manager Christie kept us informed weekly of what we could expect. As with any construction project, hiccups occur but Luxe always addressed the issues head on and corrected them. The communication was great and John and Christie were always responsive when we had questions or concerns. We ended up getting a pool with slide and LED bubblers, spa, sunken fire pit which is adjacent to the pool with a negative edge (it's pretty awesome ) covered patio with an outdoor kitchen, bathroom, and storage room all at a very reasonable price! We didn't feel like we were price gouged at all and the work is quality! We absolutely love our backyard now and it's a show stopper for sure! We highly recommend Luxe Outdoors..you will be happy you chose them!!

My experience with Luxe was extraordinary. From the initial walk through and quote to the final walk through. Every detail I requested was taken care of and the final product is amazing. My project manager Jose was very responsive and took the time to explain each step along the way. I highly recommend using Luxe. 10/10

Working with Luxe Outdoors on our backyard transformation was wonderful. We had a fence and driveway gate installed, along with a pool including decking and landscaping. In my opinion, communication is most important and with Luxe, communication throughout the entire project was great. They were helpful and patient when I wavered between design and material choices. I am so glad I didn't go with a big company pool "factory" because they were able to give me the attention without me having to jump through hoops just to leave a message with an office manager. You will not regret giving Luxe a try.

Jose was our project manager he always answered his phone and yes I was one of those clients I was very much involved with our project I have been an structural inspector for more than 35 years and I was very protective of this project he was very gracious with my feed back even when I was over bearing. He always listen to my concerns and took action and made sure all aspects of the project exceeded my expectations. My wife and I are so very happy with the results and our design came to life because of his dedication and perfection of the end result of our project. I’ve been apart of a lot of projects throughout my career and ours was seamless and I know it was because of our professional project manager of luxe outdoor. When people ask who did my outdoor space I will proudly say luxe outdoor and will urge them to use your services. Thank you again.

Ps. J20 is a great addition to your company when he came to clean up and do final touch ups I was very impressed by him. He did a great job when he power washed everything he was very polite and a hard worker very happy with his performance any company would be happy to have him as an employee.

The Luxe team - from owner, to designer, to material selection coordinator to project manager, to construction crews - were the best of the best. “Good” does not capture the experience…”Exceptional” is the word that comes to mind. We recently had the pleasure of engaging Luxe Outdoors LLC to design and install an in-ground pool and sauna/hot tub, as well as an outdoor kitchen and covered patio. Our experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the initial planning and design stages to final build and installation, every aspect of their service exuded professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

The Luxe team took the time to understand our vision and preferences, offering valuable insights and suggestions to enhance the design. When it came to execution, they left no stone unturned. The installation process was seamless and efficient, thanks to the expertise of their skilled professionals.

Wow, what an experience with Luxe Outdoors! We were on the fence about building a pool and we are so glad we did. From the pool design, to the install, to the final finishes, the Luxe team took the time to make sure our questions got answered. It’s one thing to build a pool, but it’s another to understand all the moving parts and design elements that go into the final product. We really appreciated the time Jose, Tia, Courtney, Katie and John took to explain things along the way. The sub-contractors they used for the install were great as well. We just completed our pool and could not be more impressed with the company we chose for the project. Luxe Outdoors came highly recommended by several friends, and I now understand why they insisted that we should use Luxe Outdoors.

Firstly, our designer Jon is very easy to work with and accommodated our schedule for meetings and all the changes required. He generated several designs for our specific back yard and had great ideas on shape and layout. Jon also adjusted the final design to fit our budget and was a consistent professional. Our designer Katie was also a huge asset. We had a vague idea of what we wanted our pool to look like or even the options available. She patiently worked with us to make sure we were happy with all the selections. From decking to plaster color she helped us make the pool look great.

Jose was the project manager. We are so lucky to have him oversee this build. Jose was onsite daily to ensure that everything went smoothly and done correctly. Not only did he ensure that we were happy and understood the process but managed each crew for their individual personalities. The people Luxe has working with them are the very best. We did not wait one single day for any subs. The tile and coping crew were especially talented – we could not be happier with our water feature and tile. I was also impressed with the attention to my back yard and house after the project. A great landscape team got the yard back in shape and Luxe Outdoors even sent several people to clean my porch and outdoor kitchen after the pool was complete.

I was very nervous about making this large investment and something going wrong or being done incorrectly. During the final walk-through Jose asked if I thought our pool would be this beautiful. Not in our wildest dreams did we envision such an awesome pool. We are constantly asking ourselves “Is this really our backyard.”
