I recently had an outstanding experience with Kustom Restoradion after a water leak caused significant damage to my home. From the moment I contacted Scott and his team, their professionalism and dedication to customer service were evident.

We were having problems with our gas fireplace. We had the company come out (several times) who installed it and they said it was working just fine. We called Kustom and their technicians found that the valve used to connect the gas was incorrect and that was the problem! O they ordered the correct valve and voila, the unit is working perfectly now just in time for the Fall and those chilly nights ahead.

I had separate plumbing and gas issues that seemed to be simple but eventually grew into needing brick & mortar work and a partial re-plumb. Not only did they have the resources to get both jobs satisfactorily completed but one of the crew members stopped by the following morning to make sure everything was correct. Outstanding!

Kustom helped me with a remediation job recently and I could not have been more satisfied with the process. From the moment I called them, they stayed in constant communication, their employees were friendly and professional, and the end result was beautiful. Thankful for their efforts!

We had an emergency water line break and CWF came out within an hour to help us. It was a relief to know we would be taken care of as quickly as possible. Jacob Kelly was our project manager and he was fantastic. We couldn’t be happier with his service and professional knowledge for our claim. Thank you CWF Restoration!!!

I had a great experience using Kustom and they saved us when we had a water intrusion issue at an apartment community I mamage. They were able to get everything cleaned up and clearly communicated with our teams and the residents so that there was no confusion. Working in this industry for 10+ years I have had a lot of emergency situations and they were by far one of the best I have worked with!
