We bought a fridge from Ivan, which didn't cool well. However, we worked out a reasonable exchange, and it all worked out.

I bought there and they never answer and they never brought me my set when I had already paid for it!!!

He sells refrigerators that not working and even if it has a warranty he won't fix them !he always has an excuses so he won't repair the refrigerator. He has no respect for anyone.

He is a scammer,he sold me a refrigerador damage is not cooling anymore , very disapppoitment , his not honest !!
Avoid him all cost ,you go to the store and he talks how much he respect his costumers,makes promises ,about coming over if is any issues but never does..

Bought my refrigerator on May 1, 2024. Worst customer service no good communication. Now my refrigerator won’t get cold at all all my food went to waist. I called Ivan cause I had 6-month warranty on it! Ivan Ostiel Sanchez answered the phone and was VERY RUDE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Ivan Osiel Sanchez took my refrigerator and hot me an old one with missing parts bang-up and never got me back the one I brought. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. WORST PLACE TO GO ….‼️RUN RUN RUN
