Pako removed all of the rotten wood and rebuilt my screened patio making sure it was sealed properly to prevent future water damage. He also rebuilt the deck to my storage building. He worked diligently, was courteous (explaining details along the way), and left the area clean. I highly recommend Elm Creek General Construction. My patio looks great!

And most recently installed new floors throughout our whole house. Laminate, tile, and carpet installation that was quickly and beautifully done. Sid came out immediately to first mitigate the damage, evaluate needed repairs and work with our insurance company toward a great solution.
