A complete scam one wonders how they got a 5 star rating, more like a 5 star fraud. Paid for 2 hours of service and not only did they no call no show even after I called to confirm the day before with no answer they continued to rack up $1000 worth of charges on my card. I reported them and had to close my debit account. Use a reputable cleaning service where you can actually talk to satisfied customers. Do not trust internet reviews for cleaning service.
