Chris and Hunter were very professional and polite. We set an appointment for our spring maintenance and they were on time and completed the service in a half hour. They even took the time to teach me proper maintenance of my system. I would highly recommend Chris and his crew to anyone needing a technician. Thanks guys.

Appliance and Air Care Experts took great care of me from the very beginning. I had just moved and couldn’t get my washing machine to work, and they were able to schedule someone to come the next business day to help me. Bobby, my technician, was professional and went out of his way to make sure I had an optimal experience. He made sure he had all of the possible parts he might need before coming, and he even offered to come later in the day due to my inflexible work schedule (healthcare, hospital). He was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, and he had my washer running properly before I even knew he had started! I would highly recommend this company (and Bobby!) to anyone needing an appliance repair. An experience which could have been very stressful turned out to be a breeze thanks to Appliance and Air Care Experts.

Our freezer fan went out on a Saturday evening and we immediately received a call back from scheduling to set up an appointment after leaving a voicemail. While we weren’t able to set up an appointment until Monday due to the LG parts store being closed, we were told steps we needed to take before our appointment and felt confident our issue would be resolved as soon as possible. Prior to our appointment, Bobby gave us a call to ask questions before coming out to save us time in case he needed to purchase a part. He was so nice, helpful and patient with us and we really appreciated him going the extra mile to save us time! We will 100% be using Appliance & Air for any future repairs!

I got someone out to my home the same day I called! My AC went out on the hottest day of the year and was very thankful for the quick response and visit.

Yashua came late at night to make sure I didn’t have to wait another day, he was very professional, talked me through the next steps and gave me a quick estimate.
Ismael came the following morning to install the AC which was quite laborious but he did it quickly and well. He stayed a bit longer to make sure it was running properly and cooling.

Very thankful for the team!

My husband and I had called several places, and were having trouble finding someone to come help on short notice prior to getting in touch with Yashua.
He was able to come in on a weekend to evaluate our HVAC system. We hadn’t been running it so he told us to turn it on and what to look for. He was super informative and knowledgeable.
After he left we took his advice and when the problem started up again we knew he was right and called him back to take care of it.
He was response, always on time and very thorough. Would highly recommend!

Chris Thompson did a great job on my air conditioning unit at my house he was efficient he was good in a timely manner I would recommend him to anybody

Chris who diagnosed my lack of heat was wonderful in explaining the scientific issues for me and had my new furnace installed the next day by two good installers who even cleaned up the mess afterwards. I'd recommend Appliance & Air Care Experts thumbs up! Hope you can get Chris for the first visit.

I called Bill and he was spot on with knowledge about the HVAC unit. I decided to replace mine. Bill had his crew on the job in a timely manner. They worked hard all day putting in the new system. They cleaned up the job site, checked my unit, and asked if we were happy with the install. Bill came back by to recheck to make sure we were all happy with our new unit. If you want an honest person and professional installers, I highly recommend them.

Chris came to our home on Memorial Day. He gave us two options, one more cost effective than the other. He completed the work quickly and effectively. This is the second year Chris has helped us with an HVAC issue.

I definitely recommend this company. Bobby took excellent care of us. Before coming to our home, he helped me figure out the model number so that he could make sure he would have the parts necessary to make the repair. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a snap. He explained the charge and made sure I was ok with the price before starting the work. I'll ask for him again in the future if a different appliance needs service.

Update: After a year, Bill and his team continue to be great. Chris was easy to schedule a maintenance appointment with. He put in great effort to deep-dive into a potential issue that I highlighted with our HVAC as well!

Yashua and Bill were great to work with! Both were very prompt with their communication.
I had to coordinate service with them on two consecutive days (day 1 for identifying the problem and day 2 for procuring the condenser motor and installing it)- and on both days, scheduling the appointment was a breeze. They worked around my schedule, so that was a bonus as well!

Yashua is excellent. A fuse blew in our heater during a cold snap and we have a new baby that we were worried would get cold. We called at night and he came in the very next day on his day off to help us.

We have had his service before and he was just as excellent. Professional. Very good at explaining the problem and the fix.

Chris was a great technician he came out and evaluated my problem efficiently and explain to me and good detail what was wrong then when they came time to complete the work he was very professional and did things in timely manner and cleaned up after himself I was very pleased with the work I would recommend this company to everybody

EDIT: I upped my rating because Bill called me to apologize after reading my review. He ended up refunding the service fee AND reimbursing me for the hotel stay. That wasn't my goal when I wrote the review, but, still, I was very pleasantly surprised that this business would go out of their way to take accountability for their actions. Because of this, I'd be willing to give them another chance should the need arise in the future.

I originally called Appliance & Air Care Experts to help with a failing A/C system. My A/C would go out for 6-10 hours at a time and then come back on. The indoor temps would get to a miserable 89 degrees or so, then drop down when the system kicked back on. It’s only a 6-year-old unit, so I knew something had to be wrong. The tech came out, quickly looked at my system from the inside, checked the temp of the vents, and told me that nothing was wrong and my system was doing all it could do. He suggested that it was probably an insulation issue, which didn’t make much sense to me because we’ve had hot summers before, but I’m no expert so I took him at his word. The issue kept occurring so I scheduled them to come back and take another look. I got stood up. However, the tech later communicated that he was in the hospital, so I’ll give him a pass. I asked him to come out again whenever he was able and he told me he’d be there the next morning. Again, a no-show. He finally texted me back insisting that my system was doing the best it could do. Finally, my system shut off and never came back on. The indoor temp got up to 93 degrees (on a 106 degree day) and I ended up checking into a hotel because it was pretty unbearable. I called a different company who came the next afternoon, and that tech was able to diagnose and fix the problem in an hour and a half (a broken capacitor). I’m extremely frustrated that I wasted my time going back and forth with this company, not to mention the service call fee they charged me and hotel fee I ended up having to pay because they didn’t do their job. This is purely speculation, but I have a feeling that the tech didn’t want to get on my roof to check the actual unit itself. Which if this was the case, that’s fine, but I wish I had been told that upfront. I called multiple companies before I found the one that eventually fixed my unit and two of them told me right away that they didn’t service rooftop units and couldn't schedule me. I really appreciate that they didn’t waste my time or money and wish this company had given me the same courtesy.

I would highly recommend Bill and his team..great service, very prompt, extremely professional. Luiz, who worked on replacing two units are our place, was very thorough with great craftsmanship. While there was a hiccup during the course of installation, Bill personally came down and resolved it! Bill and team do real hard work so ensure customers like us can stay comfortable as we enjoy our air conditioning and heating, so for that- THANK YOU Bill, Luiz!!

Wesley and Chris came to my house and fixed my ac fast and its so hot these guys saved me money to bc I called another company and they told me a lot more was wrong honesty goes a long way

Chris was great. Came out to my house quickly, assessed the issues I was having with my heater, explained it very well, and walked me through possible solutions.

Chris was amazing. He came out after hours on a Friday before a Holiday weekend. We have a complex system (multiple units, air scrubbers etc.). He was able to identify the issue and worked late into the evening to help us find the issue. He also gave us some great information and remedied a couple of maintenance issues that we didn’t even know about. Ex: a clogged drain line that tripped another unit float valve. Definitely recommend this company and if you get Chris you’ll get a guy that knows his stuff!

Bill, who took my call and managed the whole process, was very kind and professional (I called on a Saturday and he had some come out that same day; and then had a replacement crew out with equipment the next day, a Sunday).

Chris, who came out to inspect the equipment, helped me understand my options and what to expect with each. AACE should be happy to have him on their team.

Louis, who removed and installed an HVAC unit, did an amazing job. I was blown away by the care he took to keep my home clean, and he and his partner worked very hard to get the job done right.
