T J Johnston was very helpful and Brandy was very tolerant of my frustrated tone. Issues were resolved with genuine attention and concern. I am certain they are understaffed with quality help as most corporations have been experiencing since this pandemic impact.

Having BFS is such a piece of mind. Today the issue was that the microwave was sparking. Marcus was came out the day after I called. He was courteous and professional. He knew right away what the issue was and replaced the worn out part in under 5 minutes. This experience couldn't have been better.

We cannot say enough good things about this company! We were having problems with our air conditioner. They responded promptly and continued to make sure we were taken care of until the part could be located and installed. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly and went out of their way to make sure our problem was resolved.

I have been with BFS for more than 8+ years and they are awesome team. They are onsite with there best folks to help. Last year during the snow storm in Dallas, my heating broke they BFS was very quick to provide help.
