Dallas Heating and Air Conditioning - Your Tech was spectacular!!! I mean that... He was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable... The office staff was very customer service orientated and they set up an appointment with us in a flash... Some of the best service we have ever received.....We are a business, we see a lot of good to mediocre vendors, but this company is amazing!!!!!!!!

Vincent arrived 15 minutes in the window that he was supposed to show up. Vincent did a thorough inspection of my AC system inside and out. He took pictures of the specifications on the inside panel and the reading from his multimeter. He informed me that my freon was good but and informed me that my capacitor was at half capacity. He said that it would be operational and still work for a while. I decided to have Vincent change the capacitor and amperage when down from 12.2 to 11.4. I feel confident in his repair and advice and look forward to Dallas Heating and Air Conditioning servicing my unit in the fall.

The tech, Vincent, was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and knowing just enough about HVAC to be dangerous, knew he was spot on with his trouble shooting.
Zero pressure to upgrade to a new unit even though mine is 23 years old. When I asked them to provide a quote for an upgrade, they sent it quickly.
Their company is now saved in my contacts for future business.

Vincent is the most professional technician, he recognized the problem immediately. And the work was fixed with all neat, clean and fast. I am greatful thankful.

I LOVE using this company and Vincent makes you feel like family!! I have never dealt with a more honest company!! They do not hard sell!! If a repair can be done they will do a quality repair before telling you a new system!! Vincent and Garrett both will answer any and I mean any questions that you have! I will be replacing my system in the next 12 months and Dallas Heating and Air will be my company for years to come!!!

Vincent Marrone did the much-needed service on our furnace, which was installed in 2018 prior to our purchase of the home this past February. It turns out that the original wiring on the furnace was incorrectly done and it's likely that it never performed properly from the time it was new.

Vincent arrived promptly and on short notice, did the work quickly but thoroughly, and he seemed excited that he was able to solve a big problem that we didn't even know we had. :-) We were really impressed by his professionalism and likeable nature.

I could not recommend Vincent and Dallas Heating and Cooling more highly.

Great service from the Dallas Heating and Air pro, not a sub-contractor.
He arrived promptly at 8am for an 8-10am appointment, provided helpful tips, cleaned off a few coils to get the freon re-charge perfect, and charged an honest rate.

Their service call fees and parts pricing are better than the other 10+ HVAC service companies I called in my area.

Highly recommend.

These guys were great! Our AC stopped working in the middle of 103 temps. We contacted them and they were out on site same day and fixed back up and running (and cooling!!!) in no time. Representative was quick, courteous, knowledgeable to explain everything, and did an excellent job. Reasonable pricing as well.
