I manage 96 Town homes in Sunnyvale, Tx. I am always bothering this Lennox staff. I have had Excellent customer care from every person working in this store. Especially Anthony and Brian. Great service, Great guys. They know their stuff . Their Promptness to my needs ensures all my residents have cool air during the summer and do not go without AC weeks at a time. Thanks Guys Its hard to find Great service these days. Kudos to You!!

Great place to buy Lennox products

Usually quick, but not very personable. Today they sure weren't in a cheerful mood. Here's your parts now leave attitude.

But hey, I guess I don't go here for the coffee and fellowship.

The store manager, I'm guessing who was sitting there oblivious to what was going on around him, needs a lesson in customer service. Had 3 of us in line, he just sat there, didn't offer the 1 guy that was working the counter any help. Nor did he ask if he could help any of us standing in line. He should have been helping the other customers in line instead of looking at his phone. Just my opinion.

Been calling tech support for past three months staying on hold 30 minutes to hrs I get no answer. WORST BRAND name EVER………

Worst lennox branch go anywhere else

You guys need to hire a salesperson who knows how to navigate your system. He doesn't know how to look up companies on his computer, didn't have this issue with other branches, this is the second time
