They are priced good and are always on time. Have had good customer service so far. No complaints here. They do make your yard look good. Thanks.

Im not super particular about the way my yard looks. im just trying to keep it cut to avoid tickets. Best service to get the cutting done. They dont do it perfect,(sometimes there eill be patches of grass left where they didnt cut in my backyard. Not big but enough to notice. They meet my basic requirements for a reasonable price.

They are ok. They rarely show up when scheduled and sometimes lie about doing the service. I've had some incidents where the said they did a service, but did not. They never tell you when they are coming. I will most likely cancel their service.

This business is very poorly run. They did not leave my back gate as they found it (closed) when they finished their work and my dogs escaped. I fired them as a result in early fall. Near New Years, I was awakened by a crew in my yard. It was this company, and they charged me for this unauthorized service to boot.

I will give them 2 stars because they did actually come and mow the lawn, but it certainly was not a seamless experience. My mother in law scheduled lawn service for us to help my husband and I out during a stressful time. They were supposed to come on Tuesday. I called at 8:00 am to see what time they would be out so I could go put my dog (who is an outside dog) into a kennel inside. They told me they didn't have a time frame, and the woman who answered the phone had a bad attitude. They said they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Didn't hear from them all day. I called at 2, she said we were still on track to have the lawn mowed today, so I went home, put the dog in the kennel, and waited to hear from them. At 4:30, I still had not heard from them. I called again, got the same rude receptionist. I asked to speak to a manager and was sent to Andy, who sounded like he just hated everything. Andy informed me (at 4:30) that a truck had broken down and they weren't coming today. He assured me we would be the first priority tomorrow morning. Wednesday morning, I called at 8:30. I had to call 3 times before anybody answered. Same woman, same rude attitude. I was told they couldn't tell me a time they would be there again. I was supposed to be priority. Shouldn't somebody already be on their way there!? I asked to talk to Andy again. He was still unimpressed with life. He told me that he needed to contact a crew so he could figure it out and would call me back in 30 minutes. I waited 35 minutes before calling him. I had read their other reviews and was starting to worry that my mother in laws sweet gesture was going to go wasted by crappy service. He told me he would have a crew there in an hour. The actual mow job was just okay, they didn't edge though, and my husband was not that impressed. We had already been considering getting a lawn service for ourselves, and had this of gone smoothly, we probably would have given them a shot, but it didn't and now they've lost a potential customer. Andy said that they are aware of their issues and poor reviews and they are working to fix it, but these reviews go back a couple of years with the same exact stories, so I can't imagine that they ever actually make changes to improve. Overall, the lawn got mowed, but it was a pain in the butt and they didn't do a great job.

This company uses sub contractors. How do I know... Because I asked and they said yes they do. So I'm not going to be too hard on the parent company but they absolutely rushed through the job. Left cut grass all over my front porch and back driveway. Weeded where grass should have been cut with a lawn mower. Edging was incomplete. Ect. Read the reviews after they left. Always read reviews FIRST from now on.

After a week of not showing up to mow, it took another week to get a refund.

They started mowing the wrong house and charging it to me, even though I called and told them twice.

This is the absolute WORST lawn mowing service. They lack customer service and increase the prices without notification and cancelled my service with no notice.

I am very disappointed in this company. I had an appointment with them to manicure the yard and they never showed or contacted me as to why they decided to cancel my appointment.

I request my yard to be cut high of course they cut low I ask 3 times and to edge yard .. they did not edge
I would not recommend this company . They do not respond to emails at all . They half cut yard leaving some portion of grass in cut .. only on time to get paid ..POOR lawn care

They don't seem to understand scheduling. Seems like it's a terrible burden to get them to tell you when they might show up beyond 7 am to 7 pm. Did not show first scheduled day. No call. Had to chase them down. I would recommend anyone else.

Scheduled with them as a new customer. No show on date scheduled. They rescheduled for another day - again - NO SHOW. Not a good way to treat a NEW customer. Had to contact another lawn service. Don't waste your time.

They are the worst company. They say you are on the schedule but no one ever shows up. They deny receiving emails until you send them copies, then continue to say you are on the schedule and no one shows up. The crews they hire are next to worthless. Do not give them your business.

Absolutely worst service. All year, they've never shown up on time. They are always at least a week late. With multiple calls to get them out, they are never apologetic and can never assure service. Only deserved 1 star bc they are the cheapest in town... and there is a reason why.

They sent a person over to put fertilizer down, they managed to get it in our raised garden. We have asked what exactly they used but they have not answered. Hopefully they have not poisoned us or caused the absolute destruction of our vegetable garden.

We hired these guys to cut our lawn but they never showed up. We called 5 days straight and they always promised someone was coming by on that day. After the fifth "we had to move you to tomorrow," we requested a refund. Why start a business that you can't handle or have the manpower to fulfill your contracts? Never Again

Would give zero stars if I could. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Buyer beware! The service is horrible and if you call to complain apparently they hang up the phone in your face! My yard was not edged at all, it wasn't even mowed properly, clippings weren't bagged or blown, my 4 year old could have mowed the yard better.
