If your apartment hired these guys, be ready to be woken up at least once a week before 7am by their extremely loud leaf blowers and equipment. Almost makes me want to move.

It’s like they don’t care that anyone else may be sleeping. Standing right next to your window and doors with multiple loud leaf blowers at 7am. Almost feels like they do it on purpose by seeing how loud they can be.

They use several of these extremely loud gas leaf blowers for no reason. There are hardly any leaves here where I am in hot dry dusty Texas, yet for hours they blast these things. The noise they make can wake the dead. It can drive you mad. They damaged my car by blasting pebbles and rocks causing dents, damaged my paint and covering it with dust. The fumes and smell of burned gas, oil and chopped grass are blown into my home and is making me feel ill. They blast dust and debris on doors and windows making a mess. They blow dust and debris to one side then another one of them blows it back to the other side. These awful machines accomplish nothing. They are counter productive. If you call them you reach some 3rd party call center and have to wait for them to get back to you. After several attempts to reach them, someone finally returned my call. He was extremely nasty, rude, ignorant, used profanities and refused to put a stop to it.

Lawn care service my apartment complex hired. They come every Monday and after they cut the grass, the clean up is terrible. This is not the first time I have had a problem with them using leaf blowers around the parking areas and garages, blowing large amounts of dirt, leaves, rocks and debris directly onto residents’ vehicles—including mine. I just cleaned my vehicle, and it is frustrating to see it immediately covered in debris again due to careless lawn maintenance. Beyond being an inconvenience, this creates a risk of scratches, rock chips and other damage to the paint. I want to be clear that if I notice any damage to my vehicle, I will expect the apartment complex or the lawn care company to take full responsibility and cover the cost of repairs. I should not have to move my car or rearrange my schedule just to avoid unnecessary damage to my vehicle!! My truck is too expensive for carelessness!! Be respectful of peoples property!
