I struggled through a month of cold weather due to a heater problem, but when I called Berkeys, they were so kind and resolved it right away. Thanks to them, I can finally enjoy a warm winter. I’m truly grateful

Berkey's Asher & Jake worked very hard doing an amazing and thorough install upstairs of 2 new 50 gallon water heaters . They were very professional & careful from start to finish including a great clean up. I was really impressed with both men and the high quality of knowledge and workmanship. The price was very competitive & fair compared to the other 2 quotes including online. They also had the very best and longest 12 year parts & labor Warranty from Berkey's. I have used them before with an electrical issue and they were just as competent, and efficient with that too. They are really capable, fair and excellent at what they do.

Professional knowledgeable polite friendly. Job was done quickly. Bathroom shower was not working and he knew what to do. I want him for my forever plumber.

Nick was very kind. Cover his shoes whenever he entered the home. Explained everything to my understanding showed me pictures and gave me detailed information about my AC unit.

I've become a real fan of Berkeys! I've used them for plumbing and electric in the past with great results. That's why I called them this time when my water main broke near the meter. We just got our AC maintenance visit, it was great. They sent me text messages to keep me updated with the appointment details the day of. We recently had a "Berkeys Day!" We're members of Berkeys' All-In-One MVP Membership Plan." Twice a year, Berkeys comes out and checks our HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Their expert technicians are able to spot problems before they become a critical issue.

First on taps was Christian, HVAC, who has been to our home preciously. He spent over an hour testing and calibrating our Lennox heat pump system with a multi-speed air handler. He washed the coils on the outside heat pump. He also cleaned the air handler and changed out the filter. Wonderful job. Roman and David were next on taps to check our electrical system.

Everything looked good except for our breaker box, which is approaching 40 years old, the age of our home. They also found a missing ground in our kitchen which needed to be corrected. We've known for a few years now it needed replacing. It wasn't bad, but it was old and could cause issues down the road. There also was no room for expansion if we were to need to add extra circuits. Since my wife is still working and won't be retiring until next year, we decided to go on and spring for the next circuit box. Roman said they could be back the next day to perform the change out. We'd be without electricity for around 6 hours. Let's do it.

Benjamin, plumbing, was the final Berkeys' technician for the day. What an incredibly polite and helpful individual. He went through the house checking all the plumbing. Everything inside checked out perfectly. Next, he located our sewer line clean-out and scoped the line with a video camera. Bad news was delivered very nicely by Benjamin. He found a break in the sewer line running out to the curb and connecting with the city sewer system. He also felt there was a break towards the curb probably due to tree roots. He worked us up an estimate, which was quite a bit since there had to be a tunnel dug under the foundation. We said we'd get back with him since we wanted to get a 2nd opinion since.

The attached photos are of Roman and David installing our new breaker box. By the way it was a rainy day but the two of them soldiered on and installed, wired and labeled all the circuits in record time.

My wife and I are very happy we're part of the Berkeys' family know we have peace of mind with qualified professionals taking care of us.

Amazing service! Called late and the technician came out quick, was super nice and explained everything to us really well. Fair pricing as it was late and after hours. Would absolutely recommend in need of urgent repair.
