Christian was a great help our hot water went out. He explained how the different parts work and was professional every step of the way. I really appreciate it.

I needed to get a leaky toilet replaced. I couldn’t spend a lot because my husband requires a lot of medical supplies.
Jacob Armstrong was so sweet and respectful of my situation. He even helped me pick out the new toilet so I could purchase it separately to save some money. He called ahead of time to say he’d be here in 20 minutes and 20 minutes later, he arrived. He told when it was delivered it would only take him an hour to install and bingo an hour later it was done. He even disposed of the old toilet and the new toilet box at no extra charge! Will definitely use the electric and AC services from them as well.

Josh was very professional. Found issue and provided multiple solutions with different budgets to best accommodate our needs. Highly recommend!

Jacob Armstrong was the professional sent to diagnose what I thought was one leak and give me an estimate for the repair. He quickly found that leak and other plumbing problems that required extensive work to be done. The way he presented the problems and solutions with compassion and sincerity made me feel I had made the right choice in companies. He and his helpers got the job done in spite of all of my old home hazards and with most of the work done in freezing weather. The guys arrived on time, ready to work. I was very pleased at the length of downtime I had for such major repairs. I want to thank Jacob. He took the time to explain everything and offered suggestions and alternatives to help me. All of the employees I dealt with (plumbers as well as office staff) were always kind, helpful, and respectful. I highly recommend Public Service Plumbers & AC and especially recommend Jacob.

I am proud to report that Jacob and Tony did an outstanding job replacing our leaking water heater. Went out Sunday and they were here first thing Monday morning and by afternoon they had a replacement up and running . They dealt with some "old house" dynamics without complaint and cleaned up the project . They finished by mid afternoon. Totally pleased with their work!

I recently had Eric and Nate help with some plumbing work, and I couldn't be happier with their service! They were professional, efficient, and really knew their stuff. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the solutions they provided. If I need a job done right I go to Public Service Plumbers. Jason and team was great. He did A+ work completing everything in an efficient and thorough manner. The job involved multiple repairs and leaks and was in a difficult place to work in the crawlspace under the house. Appreciate you!

Had a great experience. Ran into a plumbing emergency on Christmas fay snd they delivered . Our technician Jason Alexander was amazing and gave a detail overview of the problem and fixed it in no time. Highly recommend !!

Very helpful, professional and fast. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Jason was great and walked me through my options for repairs to my gas lines and got me several estimate options first thing the next day. Absolutely recommend.

I had a great experience with Public Service Plumbers! From the start, Noel and Gabriel were super friendly and really listened to what I needed. They figured out the problem with my old A/C unit right away and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Since my unit was 19 years old, they recommended getting a new one, and honestly, I’m glad I did — it was definitely the right call.

The installation happened the very next day (on a Saturday!), and the sub-install crew led by Cesar were awesome. They showed up on time, worked fast, kept everything tidy, and got the whole job done in under 4 hours. I felt I was in good hands the whole time. Highly recommend these folks!

This was my second time having Audeliz as my plumber. Again he was truly professional. He diagnosed my shower issue, gave me options to consider and left providing me with quotes for the work needed. He also spoke to my fiancé about the issue via the phone.

Very knowledgeable about the issue found it the leak within minutes. Address the issues give options to correct the issue. Very professional and great services. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future

Josh and Tony were both great. They each were called out separately, for two types of plumbing inspections on a property. Both were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and thorough, with prompt estimates and scope of work provided, as well as multiple options to resolve the observed issues.

Nate and Tyler did a great job fixing our sink! They were very professional and clear on diagnosing the issue, providing an estimate, and fixing the problem in a timely manner. They were both very friendly. I was pleased with the ability to book on Google for a next-day appointment since I had family coming to town.

PSP is the best of the best!! I unfortunately bought an old house with all sorts of issues & they’ve fixed every one of them! I literally think I’ve met everyone that works for the company & they’re awesome!! Extremely knowledgeable, reasonable, honest & kind. I had to have my entire water & sewer lines replaced and they were perfect now. Beyond thankful for PSP, I’ll never use anyone else!

Tony has come to our house twice. Once to fix our garbage disposal, and the other time to fix our guest bathroom shower. I highly recommend! He is personably, knowledgeable, and very transparent on prices. We will absolutely request him again!

Jason is amazing. He was kind, knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations. We called on a Sunday, and Jason was to our home in approximately a hour. The service for spigot issue was affordable and completed in a timely manner. We will certainly use Jason and Public Service Plumbers for all of our plumbing issues.

Cody was great, on time and fixed my sink quickly. Very fair price.

Gabriel Locklear was forthright in presenting the situation and most helpful in assessing my problem. I had both of my AC/Heating units replaced. Perfect in every way! His company team was on time and finished the work in a professional manner. Everything was as Mr. Locklear stated!
