Jerry the technician really knows pools. He was a tremendous help when my pool motor stopped and was able to get me up and running again. Wendy in the office is always able to get me on the schedule in a timely manner.

We were having some equipment and plumbing issues with our pool that our current service company could not solve. Upon calling Blue Star yesterday, they had set an immediate appointment for this morning. The support we received was above and beyond what I would have anticipated. The owner took considerable time to diagnose our needs and troubleshoot the best possible solution. He was kind, professional and clearly an expert in this field.

My Home warranty company had Blue Star come out to repair a timer and filter. Jerry was on time and very professional. Repaired the problems promptly and now my pool is working great. Would definitely recommend Jerry. He knows what he is doing.

Great company from Day 1. My pool had been neglected for over a year prior to moving in last November. Blake is our weekly service person...he is great! Recently there was a crack in the lid for back washing and Jerry the service technician got it replaced and got the pool cleaned up quickly. Great company...job well done!

Having used various pool service companies over a number of years I can honestly say Blue Star Pool LTD have provided me with excellent service and care. Their techs are extremely knowledgeable and they don't overcharge like so many of the other companies I have hired, they explain in detail any issues and always give me options. The reason I first hired them was because of an overcharging for services from another well known local company on my spa and blue star gave me options for the fix...I could have gone the cheap route that would have led to problems later (I did some research and the tech was completely correct in his diagnosis) There have been multiple times where issues have occurred and they have been very forthright with the options to solve the problem. Ultimately the decision is mine. Personally I'm of the opinion of doing it right the first time and not cutting corners to save a few dollars later, it has always served me well They are efficient and very reasonably priced i have been a client for over 5 years.

We have used Blue Star Pool Company for years and they've done an exceptional job cleaning and servicing our pool. It is an older pool and they always repair issues quickly.

I've been using Blue Star Pool Care for several years. I was using one of the larger local companies prior and just didn't feel I was getting the level of service and attention for my money. Switching over to Blue Star was the answer. They are super dependable and I always know when they've serviced my pool. I like that I get a note each week with all of the pool stats and suggestions if anything additional needs servicing. The one time we've needed extra work they were very reasonable on price and it was done promptly. Overall great service, very honest, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended for anyone with a pool.
