After having sustained a major loss to my commercial building I had called numerous contractors and most of them just didn't feel trustworthy or competent. After Speaking with Katie and Don i felt so much better. Not only were they competent but they followed through with everything they said they would do and I was at ease the entire time. Prior to finding IAQM, our family was contemplating walking away from our home and all its contents due to an air quality and mold problem. We have two young children and our main concern was providing a safe home for them. Our 9 year old son has an autoimmune condition that made it even more crucial that we find a solution. We did tons of research and spoke with several local mold remediation “experts”. However, we were disappointed that none of them properly addressed the issue of mycotoxins or understood how to improve the air quality inside our home. We were about to give up and walk away from our home. Luckily, during a late night internet search I came across IAQM. I was very impressed by their website and left a message for more information. The next day, Don called and he spent a lot of time learning about our situation and answering my questions. He then spent even more time talking to my husband. After talking to Don, we decided to fly his team to our town to decontaminate our house. The reason we decided to do this is that IAQM is the only mold remediation company using Sandia's Decon Foam to kill mold and mycotoxins. They also installed a very powerful commercial grade air purification system in our home. IAQM was also very helpful with securing financing. We are very happy with the results. We passed the air test after the decontamination process was completed. The level of professionalism was outstanding. We feel that they cared about our situation, are good people and wanted to help. The team was very thorough and the entire process brought us a huge sense of relief…not to mention that we didn’t have to walk away from our house and all our belongings. We highly recommend IAQM.

I highly recommend IAQM. From start to finish, I was treated with the utmost professionalism. They found a water/mold issue in my ductwork within a crawl space, when no one could figure out where the humidity was coming from. The issue was remediated quickly so I could proceed with the sell of my house!

When we discovered we had a fairly large mold problem we were overwhelmed by the process required to remediate the problem. Testing, the physical remediation, retesting it seemed a little daunting. We contacted IAQM based on a personal recommendation. From the initial contact forward we were pleasantly surprised at the professional, friendly folks we dealt with. The day after contacting them a representative came to the house, surveyed the situation and more importantly explained the entire process.
When the work began we were impressed with the quality and professionalism of everyone we dealt with. The technicians were careful to protect the areas where the work was to be done as well as nearby areas where we still had to live. The work was done in a very timely manner. Cleanup was complete and entirely to our satisfaction.
Hopefully we will never need their services again but should we find ourselves in another mold situation we would not hesitate to contact IAQM. I heartily recommend IAQM for any remediation service anyone needs.

We discovered a pretty bad mold problem in our HVAC system in our home. We went and got quotes from a few different people, but we were pretty overwhelmed by the scope of everything that needed to be done. We went with IAQM based of the honesty and professionalism of Robby Page, the tech who worked with us throughout the project.

Having never dealt with a home issue this extensive, Robby helped tremendously keeping us aware of everything happening every step of the process. There were delays in our project due to unforeseen problems, but Robby was always very quick to let us know about the delay and what was going on. He was professional and communicative through the entire process, and is one of the best project managers I've worked with

Great service! We got a quick turnaround and got timely communication throughout. I'm a Realtor and I was representing the seller in a transaction when we found out mold remediation was needed. We needed it done right and quickly to meet our closing date. Valeria was on top of the project the entire time and followed up frequently. It was a great experience. I would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend IAQM, they helped us get our house safe again after we discovered mold. Don and his family have been through it themselves, so they understand the real dangers of mold problems and other environmental toxins. D'Andre is professional, honest, responds quickly and always answers all my questions. I recommend them to all my clients when I suspect mold might be an issue. Even if you don't have a mold problem, getting the air quality in your home checked is very eye opening.

Excellent team, worked fast and efficient. All employees were respectful and kind. Max is so knowledgeable and thorough. Hope i don't ever need this service again but if I do, I'll use them. Highly recommend

Really happy with IAQM! We needed our baby’s room cleared of mold, and their team was knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. They worked with us and accommodated our project to make it possible before the baby arrives. Everything was left clean, and they explained the process so we felt comfortable. We would hire them again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone in need of mold remediation.

Very sad and dissapointed with a guy name Max super rude and filthy. Parked his huge van on top of my lawn, made a mess with his boots al over the house, disrespectful rude and horrible to do business with, I will say fire him but looks like he is the owner or at least he got that attitude … horrible customer service, overpriced, worst experience ever

This company is a sham. It was previously filled with great workers that knew exactly what they were doing and were very professional. Instead, it has turned into a staff that has no idea what they’re doing. Those staff are then run by managers who are incredibly inappropriate with the clients and administration that, even once they have been told by clients what’s going on, don’t care and do nothing about it. Even mold inspectors don’t want to work with them because of the poor quality of their work, and sadly enough, in this business it can have massive repercussions to use a company that doesn’t know what they’re doing (nothing more valuable that your health). If you see their name, run away.
