I have used Joe with Bay Air since around 2015. He has always been prompt, respectable and available; even late hours. This past week, my 21 yr old ac unit/compressor finally gave up. We had been made aware of its age and Joe has nursed it back to life numerous times until it just couldn’t recover. So, it was no great surprise when I called Joe thinking it “just needed Freon again”. He had a new unit the very next day; and installation was completed in about 4 hours.
Him and his crew have all been respectable and professional. Thank you for always being so prompt that I almost would think that I was “special” , like family. ;)

Outstanding customer service! I called them at 8:30 PM on a Tuesday, and they were at my home the very next morning. They quickly diagnosed and repaired my unit in under an hour. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Highly recommended. They came over and gave a bid. Called and set an appointment to get the job going although they showed little late. They completed the task with no issues and offer suggestions on how to keep the a/c unit maintained and in better condition. They offer me a very good price and didnt do any bid changes. This company was well worth it and I would have them for maintenence as well.

These guys saved my Saturday, and maybe my house! With an exceptionally quick weekend response time, Bay Air Conditioning was able to identify and seal a small gas leak on my new furnace. The technician explained the issue and risks it posed, while also explaining how the furnace should have properly been installed. My family is safe and we still have our Saturday afternoon! We'll be calling Bay Air Conditioning for any of our future needs.
