Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I called, but they blew me away with their professionalism. From the phone call to the follow-up text after the repair, everything felt organized and efficient.

I called about regerator repair. Was told there would be a repairman at my house between 2pm and 4pm. At 430 called to find why no one had showed up yet. At 515 pm received a callback from the repairman. He did not know anything about the 2 to 4pm appointment? He said he was on his way home and didn't know what his schedule was for the next day ( he thinks ve will be able to repair). The website says 24hrs? Aggravating.

I’m not a fan of bad reviews, all reviews I’ve posted have been positive reviews, however I feel the need to make consumers aware of my experience. I called for an estimate to repair my refrigerator, they were quick to get a knowledgeable technician out to me. I received an estimate the following day which I submitted to my warranty company for approval. Once approved I called them back to schedule repairs. This was 10 days ago and I have yet to get a call with time and date of repairs. I have text the technician 3 times and called the office at least 5 times. Granted it’s not a cheap job, $2100+. At this
point I’ll just spend that on a new fridge.
