Very honest, clever, prompt, and timely repairs. If it's simple, they'll fix it during the service call. If it requires parts, they'll charge for parts and installation, but refund the service call. If its not repairable, they'll let you know, and you only pay the service call. The repairman was knowledgeable and knew lots of tricks for getting to the correct diagnosis without just replacing parts haphazardly. I've used them twice so far - they're sharp.

Andrei came out and accessed our refrigerator and ordered a part. When he came back with the new part that didn't fix the problem. He then went through several more trouble shooting scenarios until he figured it out! Price was very reasonable as well. We will use AGB in the future.

I called AGB on a Wednesday evening after 5:00 and left a message about my LG Dryer. Their office called me back that same night and scheduled for the next day. I assumed it would just be an assessment on Thursday but was pleasantly surprised he had the parts with him. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and within an hour I was back in business. I strongly recommend this business. What a great experience.

Unexpectedly my washer wouldn't drain or spin. I called 2 appliance repair companies and chose the one with the less expensive service call charge, which is AGB. I called to schedule the service call on Wednesday morning, the appointment was scheduled for the same day, which was AWESOME! Andrei was quick to diagnose the problem, I authorized the repair, he ordered the part and I have a working washer the day after the service call!!! DEFINITELY 10 star service!!

Our dishwasher stopped working and AGB sent a technician the same day we called. Tech was able to diagnose the issue right away and got the dishwasher up and running. We will definitely be using AGB again!

Jared Ventura fixed our washing machine. Jared was terrific to work with - he was polite, friendly, and very informative. He provided us understandable options and gave us tips on optimizing the lifespan of the washer. We will certainly contact AGB Appliance Repair again if we run into appliance issues in the future. AGB Appliance came out to fix my dryer. They were great to work with. Prompt to the appointment. Diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it in good time. I would definitely use them again.
