It was so easy to work with J & J Appliance Service. I had to wait longer than we wanted for the appointment due to high demand, but it was worth the wait. I loved that we could text to communicate about the appointment, the schedule confirmation and specific issues/details about the washer and dryer. They were clear when they communicated, performed as promised and followed up after the appointment. The technician was very professional, personable & communicated well. Thank you J&J!!

We have used J&J 5-6 times now between my daughter and I. We LOVE them! If your appliance isn’t worth fixing John is completely honest. I’ve referred neighbors to them and they have all been pleased too! You can trust them to be fair, prompt and very professional.

This company did an amazing job with our microwave! They did a great job communicating with us. Informed us about the repairs needed and gave us some insight on how to prevent it from occurring again. Super knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use J&J again!

The company was very nice and professional from the young lady that answered the phone to scheduling the appointment. The service technician called and sent a text 30 before he arrived. He was able to diagnose the issue, took the dryer apart, replace the part and put the dryer back together. There is no sign that the dryer was ever taken apart. The price was very reasonable. If needed I will use them again.

My technician notified me ahead of time when he was on his way. The app which showed his location, allowed me to work from home and schedule calls around his arrival. He was knowledgeable and repaired my washer back to good as new. I will use them again and recommend the to my friends and family.

They make an excellent team. Trustworthy, honest, good advice, extremely organized, competent and efficient. They kept me informed every inch of the way. I was never in doubt about the progress of my repair or when the repairman would arrive. If i could give six stars I would. Thank you J&J.

I had an LG dishwasher that was leaking, and not working at all.

My impressions with J&J Appliance:

First contact - they actually answer the phone, and not some AI assistant, or rolling to voice mail. Jennifer was great - polite, professional and got me scheduled very quickly. They had to order the part, which came in the next day.

The day of the appointment - John called about 30 mins before he was due to arrive, and they give you a link to track just how far they are away from your house, which is great.

John was respectful of our home, came prepared and obv. knew what he was doing. Within an hour he was done, and the d/w is now working great.

Now, one item I am particularly impressed with is their pricing. I knew which part needed to be replaced. The official LG part on their website is $145. Another appliance company I was working with wanted to charge $250 for the exact same part plus $300 labor, which is now close to the price for a new dishwasher, so very happy with J&J's very reasonable pricing. (half of the other company was going to charge me)

I'm pretty handy with minor repairs around the house, and probably could have repaired the dishwasher myself. But it would have taken me half a day, so it was worth it for the pros at J&J to do it right and have piece of mind.

This company has repaired multiple appliances for us! They are quick to respond and kept me updated at every phase! John (the repairman) is always professional, expedient, and friendly! I appreciated everything about these appointments! I will use them again and again as well as refer them to family and friends! Oh and most important - I thought they are a good value!

Fast, honest, and thorough, will keep using more and more as the appliances keep being built crappier and crappier!

J&J was able to respond in one day due to our urgency. They were on time and extremely professional. They were able to diagnose the problem promptly and efficiently. We used them previously for our Bosch Dishwasher, same thing. Amazing service. I will continue to request J&J for all of my appliance repairs! John and Jennifer were the Best of the Best! J & J is amazing. They are friendly and honest. I got an appointment within a couple of days. Problem fixed for a reasonable price! I highly recommend them!

John diagnosed the defect with our refrigerator in less than 30 minutes, order the replacement part, and completed the repair the following week. He made a follow up visit in a few days at our request and reassured us without a charge. He was knowledgeable and personable. We will use the service again for future repairs.

John did a great job fixing my dishwasher and then my refrigerator. He is honest, affordable and was very good working around my schedule. I highly recommend him.

I'm not one to rate but J&J is an honest, reliable appliance repair! I've used others before but they are by far the best! They respond timely to your request, arrive when they say and you can even track their arrival. They are willing to explain things too, not just fix it.
