Last week y’all were supposed to come out and repair our dryer, but something happened & you didn’t show up! Y’all didn’t call or anything!. You just rescheduled our repair date up 5 more days!
It was good to finally get our dryer repaired today though! It only took 3 weeks but it was worth the wait. Now I don't have to go buy a new one!

Technician Philip C. Campbell ID 5967 was excellent. He took the time to check the dishwasher thoroughly. Discovered the issue, ordered the needed parts and ordered them. Thankfully after many calls to the customer service he was able to come back today and installed the new parts. We give him a 5+. I want to add that we are very dissatisfied with customer service, it is the worst we have ever encountered.

My technician arrived on time. He was polite and professional. Did a very nice job getting my dryer fixed. Greatly appreciated would recommend to anyone with appliance problems to give them a call.

William was prompt, personable and very efficient in assessing the issue with the leak in the refrigerator. The part was ordered, arrived before the appointment and replaced on the date of the appointment. William answered all my questions, did great work and I would recommend him for service repair again if necessary. Thanks!

The technician was polite and seemed knowledgeable, showed me how the parts fit in and out of the appliance.
Downside, he had to order a part from the manufacturer, so we will have to reschedule an appointment for the installation of the part when it arrives. But that’s on the product manufacturer not the technician.

The gentleman that came to fix my refrigerator was very kind, respectful and informative. He made everything very plain and unlike some services I've used he cleaned up perfectly when he was done!

Angel was polite and professional. Very easy to talk with and he was a fresh of breath air after the horrid experience I had on June 30 with a no-show; cancellation with no explanation.

The Technician, Stephen/Steve, did an excellent job. He explained to me and spoke to my adult daughter about the pros and cons of me purchasing or keeping the Clothes Dryer he came to asses.He was extremely thorough.

Steve did a great job listening, diagnosing and solving our problem. Carlos also did a great job when it needed more attention. They are both very professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

We were fortunate to have Steve repair our washing machine. Working with him was a great experience. He is knowledgeable, personable, efficient and terrific at communicating schedule updated time of arrival (which is very important when you have an entire day appointment schedule) Couldn't ask for better service. Tyler was great on letting me know he was on his way. I Appreciate the Cleanness in the working area to protect my cabinet top and Left the area, very Clean, after working on my appliance.

Steve came to repair our four-year-old Maytag. We had our laundry room flooded by what we thought was the washer. Steve tested all systems and found nothing wrong with the machine. He then persisted in solving the problem by deep filling the washer as well as turning on our sink faucet to see if the machine flooded. To our surprise, water started coming up from our floor drain as a result of recent rains which stopped up our drain lines. Problem solved. He was patient and thorough. Thank you, Sears Appliance Repair, for sending an experienced repair man. Steve is great!

Great response, as well as keeping you informed of when parts shipped as well as scheduling repair dates. My tech was outstanding and very knowledgeable.

Our AC technician Angel, was prompt, professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to request Angel to service our AC unit again should we have another problem.

Collins Was courteous and efficient at his job. I wouldn't have any issues working with him in the future.

Steven was our repairman. We had purchased a washing machine off Marketplace only to find out it would be nearly $1,300 to repair. Steven was extremly thorough and went over every detail of the issues and included pictures for me to review. I was more than happy with Steven and would highly recommend him for your service. We did not do the repairs but was greatful for the detailed service. Thank you Steven. You did a great job even though we didn't do the repairs.

Angel was professional, confident and explained what he needed to fix on the AC unit. He spoke to us like you’ve been in customer service for 25 years but he is young.

Excellent job,did his job, was ok with me wat hung an asking questions. So 5 stars give him a raise
