Jayson replaced and upgraded the main electric panel to the house. He was on time and even had to return to turn the braker on when the power company returned to connect the power line. He really knows what he's doing and a very nice man to boot. We highly recommend him.

Let me just start this with, as I am sure many other folks share it with me, that asking a professional to do a job, places you at their mercy (think car repair, plumbers, electricians, etc.). I knew from my first 60 second conversation with Jayson, that this was going to be different. He was much more interested in trying to figure out how best to do the work most efficiently (read less hours without compromising quality) and talking that through than using words like: "oh, that's complex... can't guarantee... I'll have to come see it before I can give you a quote...".

Jayson's openness, eagerness to help, desire to service the customer is so scarce in today's world it stands out loud and clear when you see it with him! Bravo Jayson. I love your work but, as amazing as that seems, I really appreciate your attitude and approachability in everything you do. Customer service and delight really is your differentiation and it is welcome!

Services provided to me include new installation of a 120v plug, replacement of a 120v plug and installation of a 50amp generator connection.

Jayson was extremely professional and completed to requested job in an efficient manner. There were some issues getting a hold of parts needed for the generator plug installation; however he kept in close contact to update me on the status of the required materials and was able to work around my schedule to complete installation.
