I had Aaron come out and install an outlet for me to hook up an over the range microwave. He got the plug installed quick and even helped me install the microwave. I didn’t ask him to help but he obliged and did most of the work. If he didn’t help me get that microwave in it would’ve took me all day for what we did in an hour and a half. Thanks again Aaron for the quick and precise work!

The customer service team was spot on trying to find a service technician available immediately. Kudos for providing support today. The service Technician arrived within a hour-half, excellent response time. Mr. Alvarerz assessed the situation and walked through the areas of concern. He provided outstanding information about what he has to check to eliminate the risk of fire or shock. Once he determine what was causing the GFCI to trip, he checked different causes and found the root of the problem. Mr. Alvarez identified the root cause and asked me if; I agree with the estimate prior to preforming the task. I highly recommend Mr. Alvarez for any of your electrical needs. He’s very knowledgeable of his skill set and displays a positive attitude throughout his visit. I will definitely recommend him by name to friends, family and neighbors… Thanks, JC

Aaron came to replace our AC disconnect panel by the AC unit. He was courteous, efficient and informative and never aggressive with add on work. We highly recommend him and Mr.Electric.

Guillermo was amazing! He was detailed and observant; he Identified some dangerous things in our home and took care of them swiftly and with care. Explained everything to us, was not pushy at all, and was very kind and thoughtful. The whole experience was very straightforward, easy, and necessary. Mr. electric and Guillermo are our go to guys going forward!

Kaleb is hands down one of the best electrical technician I’ve worked with. He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, completed the job efficiently, and made sure everything was safe and up to code. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way really stood out.

We found Mr. Electric to be the perfect solution when our valued tenant notified us of a complete loss of electric power to their restaurant. They came, diagnosed the problem, and knowing how important it was to get power to freezers and refrigerators, Travis rearranged his schedule to be there for us. He and his crew started early in the morning, completed the extensive electric repair, contacted the City to get it inspected, the work was approved, and power was restored that afternoon. It was a Friday and had they not been so gracious as to see everything through that afternoon it may have been Monday before power was on, which would have been a disaster for our tenant.

Aaron is great! He came out for the estimate and helped us determine the best solution for a big electrical job and talked through all of the options in terms of best long term plan for cost. He saw our future vision for the property and was very helpful in planning for our future needs. Once we agreed on scope of work, he returned 2 days later with Clayton and they did a great job! Will definitely use him for future work needed. This was a large job including building a new panel and running underground lines so they were on property several hours. Their professionalism is top notch and although we were home during the work, I would have no issue giving Aaron access to our property had we been away. He is a great guy and knows his stuff. 110% recommend!!

Jayden Fleming came out to the house and moved my outlet in the restroom so I could place a mirror over the old outlet space.
