Our air just stopped cooling one morning and Cogburn’s quickly sent out a technician, James Cogburn, to look over our unit. He was amazing! Super friendly, knew just what the issue was and even gave me knowledge on how to help maintain my unit in the future. I highly recommend!

So impressed. Needed emergency service. Friday night 8pm! Ricky came within minutes, uniformed, covered his footwear with booties. Explained the problem in detail. He took pictures. Service charge and repair charge very reasonable. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend it to friends.

We have had a service contract with Cogburn’s for a couple of years so when my heat refused to come on last week, I called them. They were here quickly but with the issues my old heater had and the age of the AC as well, I opted for a complete new bundle. Work was done quickly, efficiently, and to my satisfaction.

Our 2013 Amana Heating and Air Conditioner unit stop working on Aug 1, 2023. We informed Cogburn Heating and Air Conditioning at around 5:30pm. They sent their engineer within 1 hour of informing them. The engineer tried to fix it but told us that the compressor is not working and we have to change the unit. As we have a lifetime warranty on the unit, they replaced the unit the next day without any charges for the unit except for installation services. We appreciate that they fixed it within 24 hours and we didn't have to spend another night without an aircon during this unbearable heatwave. We are pleased with their excellent services.

They replaced my Heating Unit only, unlike some others who would have required replacing both Heat and AC at much higher cost. Their Installers and Tech Service people are excellent and fixed a manufacturer's defect out of the box new. They found a leak in my duct-work and sealed it. Their on-call service responds quickly. All the staff are friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

My AC unit went out and Byron and his team came to the rescue. Great service and very professional. What sold me to go with Cogburn was the customer service. After talking to Byron I knew this was a company I could trust and do business with for several years.

My AC started blowing warm air at 3PM in the afternoon. I called Cogburn's, they said they could have someone come out within 2 hours, the tech arrived just 45 minutes later. The tech was professional, courteous and overly explained everything to me so that I understood the issues. Would recommend them to everyone.

My air went out on Saturday night. I called first thing Monday morning and they scheduled me for 11 that morning. Milton arrived at 10 and by my original appointment time I was up and running. Milton was extremely professional and even made sure the unit was dropping the temp before leaving. The price was very fair and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them for your needs.

Needed to get my A/C blower cleaned as it was very dirty and noisy.
Called and spoke with Ricky Morris, very professional and well mannered,
who scheduled service for the next morning.
technician showed up at the agreed time and performed a chemical cleaning of the blower.
Work was done to perfection and now the unit in very quite and running efficiently.

Rick serviced my heating unit and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked about my smoke detectors and checked my fire extinguisher and found it had expired several years ago. I'm thankful he checked it. The service was excellent!

I've known Byron Coburn for several years but never had call to use his company professionally. The serviceman, Milton, was early for the service call, abundantly knowledgeable, polite, and even educated me on the workings of my unit. I couldn't be more pleased.
After his crew replaced my AC and heater, Byron Cogburn himself came out to insure that everything is working correctly and that all my questions are answered!

Let me start by saying WOW!! My A/C went out on Monday in this Texas triple digit weather.

My first quote was over $12k . Cogburns came out after hours and was over $3.4K less annnnnd installed Wednesday morning, even being understaffed!

The tech Roger was super polite, kind and curteous . Heck, even the dog loves him.
I felt comfortable leaving my home to handle other business and he's a champ.!!

I couldn't ask for better service or install timing.

Byron did above and beyond to handle my needs quickly, efficiently and with an amazing deal!!

Our A/C went out late this past Sunday and we contacted Cogburn's to get a quote Monday morning. The owner of the company came himself to give us the quote. Byron was on time and very professional in explaining all of our options in getting the issues resolved. I called him back at 9:30 p.m. to let him know we would be using them to replace the entire system . Not only did he take my call personally that late at night, they had my house in cool air again in less than 24 hours. I can't sing their praises enough!! Great pricing, professional service, honest, and customer service that so many others are lacking.

Our technician, Ricky, arrived earlier than the appointment time (thankfully!). He gave us a clear explanation as to the problem and promptly replaced a needed part. He was very courteous, even removing his shoes before coming into our home. Friendly and helpful with all of our questions.

Scheduling an appointment for my furnace tune-up was fast and the next day. Ricky, my service technician, arrived promptly on time and completed the tune up within 20-30 mins. He was polite and professional. Thank you.

Excellent service. Rickey discovered that the condensate line had been installed incorrectly and didn’t drain properly. We i’ve been out of town and upon returning the house was quite warm. The service call was answered promptly and the technician was on site within the hour on a holiday weekend.

When we arrived home at 6PM on a 40-degree day to find our furnace not working, we called Cogburn's because they were nearby. We found the on-call Tech was supporting another customer out of town and were told he'd give us a call.
We received a call shortly after, with a promise to stop by on the way back to Denton. True to his word, our Tech arrived 30 minutes later, and had our heat on in 15 minutes.
I will certainly work with Cogburn's again!

Cogburn's was the only AC repair that could do same day service. The re;pairman showed up when promised and checked all possibilities as to why my air was not cooling. He was professional and found the problem. I asked him several questions about filters and he answered all my questions. I figured that I was his last call of the day. Wrong! He had 2 more calls but never appeared too busy to answer my questions. I will always use Cogburn's and have told all my friends how satisfied I as with the service

I had a great experience working with Cogburn’s Heating and Air! Very knowledgeable and had excellent ideas/options on how to solve my heating and cooling options in a bedroom located above my garage. They installed a mini split that fit my budget and without question solved my issues. Installers were great and did a very professional job. They are my new go to company for heating and Air!
