Dylan was fantastic, very efficient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to get the nasty coils cleaned, sealed the closet the unit is in and made sure things were 100% before he left. Highly recommend

We have used Cote’s for quite sometime now. I called Cote’s on Friday about a small issue (didn’t want it to turn into a big issue) so they sent Dylan out on Monday. Not only did Dylan figure out my issue, do my normal maintenance but he took the time and patience to do the work. Dylan is a great asset to Cote’s team.

Dylan was great! He fixed our unit in under an hour and we didn’t have to stay the night in a hot house. I was extremely impressed with his customer service expertise. I’d choose Cotes again any day.

Zach Morgan came out to investigate a start up noise with the AC unit. He was friendly & knowledgeable and installed a soft start kit. AC start up is very quiet now, plus surge protection. Unrelated to the service call, he connected the thermostats to my Home app. Thank you Zach, job well done!

I needed Service on my A/C system and Cote's sent over Jacob M. who was quick, detailed and professional. He inspected the entire system until he found the actual problem and repaired. I appreciated the way he explained the problem in detail and was quick to get it resolved and the A/C was pumping cold again. Highly recommend Cote's and make sure you ask them to send Jacob!

If I could give Zach and Cote's more than 5 stars I would. Zach was prompt, courteous and explained the issues in detail. He went above and beyond finding and fixing the issues I had. Cote's is the only place I will use for both maintenance and repair.

My tech was professional, thorough in his diagnostic and explained what needed to be fixed, after my AC was already up and running. Definitely was a trustworthy experience and as my tech modeled how to keep my AC and MiniSplit systems clean routinely, I will be gaining the benefit of their yearly membership. It’s great to have a dependable team so that if anything does come up, I know that it will be taken care of.

Zach M. was fantastic! He arrived promptly within the time window that was communicated when the service was scheduled. He took time to explain different functions and issues we were experiencing with our A/C unit. Within a short time we began to feel cool air once again. He went out of his way to reset and configure my smart thermostat and then did a home walkthrough with his temperature reading laser tool. He shared several recommendations that we have added to our home rehab list and we signed up for the ongoing service from Cotes based on the amazing experience. Thanks Zach and Cote’s!
