Awesome service from beginning to end. Larry was fantastic did an amazing job on fixing our shower light, to switching the switch out made sure to fix it all before heading out and clean up after. Even tho it was barely a mess still wanted to make sure to leave it clean before heading out! 100 stars 🌟 🌟

Same day contact, very clear communication. Very nice gentleman came to help me. He stayed with me way longer than he needed to because of the faulty thermostat my security provider gave me. He stayed while I was on the phone with them and also helped me troubleshoot. When it was apparent nothing could be done until the security provider came out, he offered to come back the next day on his off day to help me shop for a new thermostat to install until they came out to see me. Such a great experience and a wonderful way to wow your customers, simply by showing you actually care. Well done!

Larry, the Master Technician handles business and gets the job done right. I was impressed by the length of time it took since I took off work to be home. I recommend him for all jobs pertaining to electrical. I'm sure everyone with an issue will be more than happy with the service provided.

They were fast and courteous, the technician they sent out to diagnose our problem was very knowledgeable and accurately diagnosed the problem, the repairs were completed ahead of the schedule they committed to. I feel very confident in endorsing them, and I will most certainly use them again.

WOW, thank you for sending Larry , this young man provided the 3 most important qualities of customer service, Professionalism , Patience, and a “People-first “ attitude, . Larry showed up and went straight to resolving the issue, and before a blink of an I had heat, I had been without heat for over 5 days. Larry not only provided the 3 P’, he showed empathy and compassion, something that is needed when preforming his job, I wanted to say great job on the hirer of this individual , you made the right choice, and if my power or heating goes out I will reach out to this company and defiantly request Larry, keep up the good work Larry your skills and compassion should not go unrewarded.

Larry did a great job of finding the problem with our light switches and repaired them promptly. I was extremely thankful for their prompt response to my need because the switches became a fire hazard. Larry was on time and kept me informed of the progress as he was doing the repairs which took about an hour. He even fixed a switch that I didn't know was a problem. I would certainly use this service again.

Larry was prompt, efficient, and incredibly friendly. He went above and beyond to take care of my issue, even though it was minor. I am thankful for his kindness and the bright spot he was in our day, and how quick he fixed this issue that has been unresolved for over a month.

Where to begin.... I was hesitant about this appointment due to it being our 3rd time trying to get our electric issues fixed through our Sears home warranty. Larry showed up on time and greeted us with a smile and enthusiasm to begin. He came in and immediately went to work investigating, checking, testing and moving. He was quick but thorough. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain things in a way we could understand as he worked. Like a professor and without being asked. Talk about initiative. He was personable and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable with the work he did. If I could have him assigned to all of my household electrical needs I'd do it. Larry is my new favorite person.

OMG! John arrived on time, worked thoroughly, efficiently and identified the problem quickly, after having NO electricity to several rooms. He shared his knowledge and was absolutely very kind. All Safe did a full electrical upgrade to my house in Lancaster. Nicole went above and beyond with her service from pricing to completion. Great communication! Would highly recommend for any type of service they offer.

Larry came out to my property, was quick to identify the issue and get it fixed. Explained the problem and actions he took to solve it, very clearly. Friendly, kind, respectful, great communication and completed the job very well! I would suggest Larry to friends and family any day!

Jonathan came out today to check on a GFCI issue I was having with my pool light and equipment. He kept me updated about how long it would take him to get there during our maintenance window. Once he arrived, he was able to quickly resolve the problem and explain it to me, all in about 15 minutes.

Larry was sent to my home to replace the light fixture in my kitchen, and repair a few other things. He was very polite, knowledgeable and he worked quickly and efficiently.

The new light fixture was cracked when it came out of the box, but Larry was determined not to leave us with that broken one. He made it a point to return within a couple of hours the same day with a brand new fixture. He even cleaned up the area after the job was done! I've never seen a repair person do that. I would recommend Larry to anyone, and I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Timely response. I called on Friday and the repair was done on Monday. Louis was very polite and displayed southern manners you don’t get to much these days. He was very informative about the repair and took the time to explain everything. Would definitely recommend.
